Tastes Gud, providing seperate water bottles for every customer... but price looks higher than other veg hotels

Best place to buy sweets and snacks, known them since 30+ years. I always buy sweets from here to take it to my native place. Many of my relatives love there sweets.

Please advise to hotel service teamthis my second time comments how to clean plate and bathroom facilities and hygienic food service , bcz my son one time stomach pain effected that reason only.So please parents watch one time all things then serve to child

Very very poor. Should improve the service quality and food taste. The waiters are also very rude, I observed a waiter just like that replying with bad swearing words to a lady customer.

First things first..Customer service is an art and needs to be in its perfection.I could see service personnel fighting with customers and creating nuisance.People wont even mind to take your order or asking if you need anything.Dear Owner,Be polite to your customers.

I ordered food from Online. Mismatch in the order. We are ordering food online in this pandemic situation due to the Lockdown. I have returned the order due to the actual items not delivered. I have returned the Food directly to the restaurant.Ayyar bhavan is providing half baked customer service.Really not value for Money. Street food service and quality is much better than Ayyar Bhavan.People not even realize their mistakes and they decided their food instead of we ordered for delivery. And same service was provided to one more customer on the same day and time.

Worst place never go to the restaurant unplanned. They have standard numbers of meals or tiffins. If you are extra person at peak of hunger, no food and you will be irritated by the staff dodging you. Food bad though service is still worst

Very worst quality food and worst service. I bought meals fr 15 members and the parcel was complete mess by the service men. Really dissapointed with their quality of food too, waste of money. Plse dont waste ur money here. Rice which they have given is not boiled properly, all ingredients with same vegetable and they charge 105 fr this. I found good place in Avadi. I ordered meals over here . Food was very good . Water bottle provided as complementary . Landmark is spacious and sitting arrangement is comfortable . Overall satisfactory .Cons : There is problem in service . May be they dont have enough staff or else . Otherwise good for food .

When I come to eat first time. My experience really satisfied. And then today (02/07/2019) I went to eat. I ordered one meals. There is medium rice. When I ate last time I ate extra rice without money. So same like after I eat the rice I asked extra rice. But now they said extra rice for EXTRA CHARGES. I shocked. I just asked just minimum rice like can take in one hand. But they said It will be charges Rs. 42. The Meals rice rate is Rs. 95 but limited rice only.SO PLEASE AVARE OF THERE IS NO UNLIMITED RICE FOR MEALS.
