Good taste... But limited flavours... Open seating... middle of the mall... Clean... Little bit costly... staff are not bad...

As all coldstone stories they dint even have any icecream in the menu thats why we go old stone for for the pecliar takte but its unavailable and they dontknow how to mix the icecream with toppings whatever we say they mix it

Coldstone Creamery. The place which started it all.Finally managed to try out the famed Cold Stone Creamery. This review is a compilation of three visits to the place.Theyve opened a store at Phoenix mall, and got to lay our hands on their signature ice creams,or indulgence, as theyre calling it, and which we can wholeheartedly agree to,and their ice cream shakes.Well, coming to the flavours,these guys are not mincing words. If theres a shake named oh my fudge, thats exactly what youll get. Not that anybody is complaining. 😁We tried the Milk and Cookies shake and the Oh my Fudge shake. Both had their ingredients on point, and the Fudge one felt exactly as if it had been made out of fudge cake batter. Rich and creamy and thick,it was gooey goodness. The Milk and Cookies one was equally good, blended out of whole milk, sweet cream ice cream and Oreo cookies.Next day,we managed to lay our hands on three of their signature flavours. We tried the French Vanilla,the Passion fruit sorbet and the cheesecake ones. Mind-blowing would be an understatement. Each ones had the ingredients spot-on,and the toppings like M&Ms, butterscotch nuts, rainbow sprinkles,Oreo cookies etc. add to the indulgence. One topping comes with the selection,and there are two variants: Like it or Love it.For the shakes,the Love it versions set us back by Rs.285 while the cup ones cost Rs.165 each.On our third visit,we managed to try out their signature creations like Berry Berry Berry Good, the Cheesecake, The German Chocolate and the Salted Caramel flavour. Each and every one of these is named so aptly and the flavours just burst in your mouth. Its a feeling to know firsthand.

Nice place and yummy icecreams but very Costly

Its a small ice cream parlour with limited seats located inside the Phoenix mall. They serve yummy ice creams with a freshly baked crispy waffle. Ice creams are prepared with your own selection of mix-ins. They have around 6-7 varieties of flavours. If you are confused about what to choose, You can ask them samples for tasting. Btw I tried Sweet cream and Mint.

Dessert are perfect but its a bit of out of budget for a foodie

I have eaten Coldstone icecream for 10 years in Qatar. I am very familiar with all the icecream taste and quality. THIS OUTLET IS not good. CUSTOMER CARE AND ICECREAM TASTE AND QUALITY IS LOW. Disappointed. Nothing like actual coldstone

They will advertise saying that small cones of ice creams are available for 99, but by default they will give medium cones and only upon billing, they will let you know the size and cost, which is very bad from customer perspective. They will have to address this for sure, only then people would like to come back here. Otherwise quality of ice creams is very good!

All ice creams taste same..Took 5 different flavours by none tasted any different.And no cold stone logic, they just throw it on cold plate and scoop it into cups an give..Better off buying soft cone at MacDonald.

Staffs arent attentive and watching videos in their mobile phones hiding behind the camera at the till. The ice creams were had too much of sweet than the ones you buy off the shops such as Arun ice cream outlet. Nice ambient, worse staff.

This ratingris fora those guys at the Phoenix mall outlet. They have no idea how to make a stone cold ice cream.At the VR mall outlet it tastes amazing. They work on the ice cream for so long and make it stretchy in texture and a fused taste.
