Update after 5/6 months:: Their network speed decreased.Many times i get message of unstable internet connection while playing on device.Net speed is slower than before. This issue frequently happens when weather gets windy aswell.I guess they need to check their main lines from where connection comes from & fix it. So im removing 2 stars.))Theyre really good.Probably best in the town.Been using their line for over a month now.No connection problem yet.99% up time just as their website says,Speed is as promised.Prices are reasonable aswell. Thanks for the payment method which is super easy.Also Customer service seems great! Which is most important thing for me.I was having an issue with an accessories of their,told them to change it & they changed it in very short amount of time.Which was really great.Where most ISP todays give utter downgrade services. Its Rare to find ISP like this,that seems to understand & solve customer issues.Always keep that up.They also increased the speed for Eid festival which is really an amazing initiative from their side.Made me really happy to see that.In aspect of customer service & Speed. If you guys keep up the quality service like it is now, you guys will be top in no time. Good Luck & Thanks!!P.S- A suggestion i would give to check all channels if they are performing properly & giving the proper speed.Improve if its related to your server.when i got the connection they set a channel for me which was not giving me the package speed.Later i changed it.After that it was fine.So i kept the channel that worked for me

I have been using Mux Technologies internet service since November 2018 and find it as one of best ISP that exists in chattogram. In these 2 years of service, i have faced interruption of connection max 4/5 times which occurred either by natural disaster or network upgrade process by the company or govt. Besides this, they response very fast in case of any poor connection.N:B: I got connection in a single call. But their connection charge is high (BDT-1300) comparing with other ISP.
