I had enough! their internet service is the worst in this world. all time low speed even at 25 mbps. i only use 2 phones and no pc, but still really low speed. when i call them all they say is, sir our connection is low due to overload of our customers at night .i would never recommend anyone to ever take their isp. this will freak you up!

I used it for over 3.5 years and its quality was good but since 2020 its went worse and worse. As an online gamer I used to have stable ping in all games but now its jumps 50-1000 minutes after minutes. After 9 PM you cant even watch youtube video in 480p as its buffer like its 1 Mbps internet. I use 30 Mbps and 1500 taka monthly package.Really disappointed with their service recently. If they fix my issue and I get smooth internet again I will rated this review to 5 star again for responsive customer service....PWK-105

They provide good and quality internet service

Last two years I have been used their services. But may be this is the time to disconnect their line. FTP server is just a name, maximum time its in under maintenance. Maximum time found line is so slow. And now no internet. When called helpline they said Assalamu Alaikum Sir, we dont know anythin. Pls wait, your problem will be solve soon I am fed up. Only for reason of old customer I have given them one star. Otherwise I will definitely give them one star.

Very poor quality..soo many tym I called them.bt they jst pretend tht they hd done.the connectn.ok...still now I feel regret to tk.the service from them..very much disappointing.....many tyms they didnt rcv calls too...
