Its a myth that it provides poor customer service. Its really awesome.But upload speed suffers sometimes.

Trapped by Link3s SMS and promotion, I paid Rs 499 for three days today. The call center has not received a call for the past two days, I have contacted their official Facebook page or the local office in Coxs Bazar, there is no response. . Annoyed by link3s service, I dropped the connection 1.5 years ago. I fell into the same trap again, God knows the rest.
