This is just an commercial building. Nicely decorated but poorly maintained. CCTV secured lobby and other facilities are available but didnt find any public woshroom . rent is quite high considering the facilities you gonna enjoy. drawback is the location of this site. Sometimes you will find it difficult to manage a commuter.
