Its a big building with 4 block. It has huge car parking and departmental shop, saloon, fast food shops at the front of the building. It has sufficient lift at every block. There is a mosque as well. Corridors are spacious. But it seems a bit old. The building situated at a good location where School, College, Bazara are surrounding and very nearby.

Its a compartment building area. There 5 high story buildings serially. Interior design is below average. But its location is just good rising up near Chittagong College, Gulzar more and Chittagong Medical College Hospital.
