DNR means naam bade Darshan khote.I travel from chandrapur to nagpur on date 28/08/20121.No punctuality.all staff r very lazy.no concern about passengers.Fair is very high.others charges r 250 rs but DNR charged 300rs. Without facilities.i wants to give 0 rating to DNR..

Service is not good .we had booked the travelss and our booking was not confirmed due to irresponsibility of the booking person dnr service boy he was busy in his useless talk in padoli .

I booked a ticket for Chandrapur too Nagpur on 23 rd August. But office staff booked my ticket on 24 th August when I reached office to collect my ticket they realised that there are some mistake from there office end. And my seat no was 11 and then they provided me seat no 30. I was in hurry thats why I accepted that seat. But there dont have to treat like this. There after counter. Madam telling to ticket boy Mr. Mishraji to provide me seat no. 30 but he argued to madam and refuse to give me seat. Is that way to treat regular customer. I always travel with dnr express and always pleased but this time I am so upset. Pls look into this because dnr express has a good reputation in Chandrapur as well as in other cities also. Thank you

Worst experience.1) at first when I entered, water was dripping from AC at my seat.2) seat covering was torn near head resting region.3) Charging slots were not working since early morning.4) Lastly and most annoying, it got late 2 hr, reached destination at 12 pm although it should reach there at 10:00 am.

Its a good travelling agency but there was a huge fault in their services as they started from the station I was in almost 30 to 40 minutes late !they were very careless about timings and were laughing outside the bus while the passengers were inside the bus ,if u see this review do ask them to depart at time or else u may not reach the destination on preferred time!

Buses are usually late and they pick up passengers from the places where bus is not scheduled to stop. Also you will come across some fake sites to book tickets for DNR, beware of it whole booking online.. no sanitation at all.

Third class service, when i was travelling from nagpur to chandrapur i was suffocated due to no ventilation and ac is totally off. So many people asked the conductor for this problem but no response from them and i also called in DNR office but they also not responded over the phone. Very disappointed. I recommend to travellers dont travel with DNR.

Never ever book online or on phone.These guys cancel the bus if they dont get enough passengers and dont even inform the passengers about it.Happened twice with me, same time 5:30pm bus got cancelled and got to know after I reach the pick up point and when this happens they adjust you to another bus and you wont get rhe designated seats.

They are operating like auto now a days, they will fill all seats stopping everywhere, no time, no value of customers. Huge disappointment.

Planned the chandrapur to Nagpur bus for catching the flight from Nagpur airport. The bus time was 7.45 a.m. which was about to reach near Nagpur airport around 10.15 a.m. Firstly the bus was delayed by 45 minutes which obviously shows the professionalism of tour operating company. Later we were promised to be dropped around 11 a.m. which was the cut off time for us to reach Nagpur in order to catch the flight. When the bus started they told us they will drop us at 11.30 a.m. tired of this people ultimately we had to get down after waiting tirelessly for 45 minutes and was forced to travel by our own car. For connecting journeys please do not trust them. You will miss your forward journey and sincerely this guys doesnt care. Obviously its not there money. Plan well in advance.

They cancel bus a day before and shift your seat without giving any option. I had booked 15 days before and a dat before they cancel bus, assign some random seat and ask if you agree ? . Worst service, hopelessly rude staff. A bus cancellation penalty should be imposed on dnr for making changes a day before

Pathetic service. I booked ticket from Aurangabad to Pune from Yatra, one chap called from DNR and said Bus got cancelled you will get your refund hopeless guy and hopeless DNR service. Yet not received refund. Bus chalani hi nai tho available kyu dikhaty ho.

Good service. Buses runs towards Aurangabad, Pune and Nagpur. Service is good with all amenities.

During this hard covid times . No safety precautions are taken . Its not made compulsory by the bus authorities to ask the public to wear a mask or not even a sanitizer is in sight . Even the bus driver doesnt bother to wear a mask . Please have a look at it. We travel in dnr due to its standards . Do not lower it

If you want to start by 1PM then why the timing set as 12:30PM.. disappointed with the service.. there is no use of spending so much of time standing and then speeding up later to compensate the time.

Cos lost of peeps travels who work all day and then return to there Nest in the evening and also dont get much time to munch as there always much work to finish. Just my feelings... First time traveling by DNR overall comfort and hygiene is good but the Midway parcel pick up and the departure timing delayed by 20 min. Was not good Even after leaving 20 minutes late. The bus stops in Midway and collects parcel.....we as passenger always tries to save time every minute...to give these time to our family. Please if these things are improved it will be great.....rest of the services are best in class....

Rest stops are not regular. TV volume is not audible. Staff is not co operative. Bus is good but sometimes charging points do not work. Rest everything is fine. This is the best AC bus service for Chandrapur- Nagpur.

Ticket bought online for 850+ Gst but the pax besides me paid 700 pp for 3 pax. Service poor hope that they reach the destination on time.
