Inappropriate staff behaviour 👎 As a solo traveller, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Housekeeping keeps pressing Room bell without much specific need. Staff is not trained. They fairly knows how to talk to anyone. Service staff dont know how to deal with Woman travellers. Very slow and poor restaurant facility. Its better to eat from outside. Many people are much more worried about Infrastructure and facilities, but people should understand manners and etiquette are such things which sometimes comes automatically... Hygiene and cleanliness of rooms is average...High cost rooms and Low types of services..Very disappointed 👎

Average hotel. Cleanliness is the best in hotel. Even interior is good too. But the service staff is not responded quickly. This is so irritates me. I was called 8-10 time but no one respond to my call. Food is also not too good, its average(they serve only veg food). Also water is not hot as heater is not working properly. And if you have the complement breakfast then they are not service in room as well. Overall average.

The face of this building is very attractive but the hotel does not have the facility of hygienic food. Staying in room is Conjunction and Required Staff Training in public dealings.

For a city like Chandrapur, well located in a part of the walled city that is quiet and calm (almost sounds like a contradiction, doesnt it?) Yet close to markets and leading stores. As someone who usually drives to Chandrapur, they have a good, secure parking facility. Hotel and rooms are reasonably well maintained. Bathroom was very small, but OK for one nights stay. Would have been nice to have a small table in the room for keeping food items. Hot water available 24 hrs. Wifi is not great but fairly reliable. The price seems high for a non-AC room, but it looks like all hotel tariffs have gone up these days.

Good reasonable rates for the room. Cleanliness is maintained. Staff behaviour was rude. No BISLERI / bottled water available. Hotel provides wi-fi service, for password check at reception (as usual). Parking could be the issue here if hotel is full. Narrow roads to reach. I was here for quarantine, forcefully by Chandrapur Municipal Corporation.

Hotel is neat and clean with adequate environment. Completely hygeinic. Food quality served in breakfast was also superb. Staff also well-mannered. Only the minor dislike by me is that Bathrooms are bit conjusted. Shall be more spacious. Peaceful and quiet environment for official working. No disturbance at all. Chairs are also available in room for any official meeting with guest / visitor.

This hotel is very neat and clean , feel like a hotel in city.Well designed and great full environment. Staff here is too much supportive. Location also the mid of city Chandrapur, you can reach railway station and bus station quickly. It is safe for family also without any complaint. It has in house restaurant food is fine but little beat costly.Little beat inside so u would not able to get market place or hotel nearby so only option remains to take food in their restaurant.

Clean and well maintained place. Outside parking available right in front of the hotel and within the premises. Centrally located. My room was a cozy single room with clean sheets and towel, bathroom small but well maintained. Hot water available always. Wifi is not too great but it does work. Food is provided by a restaurant attached to the hotel, and I found no issues with the food.

A budget hotel in chandrapur, Maharashtra.The pictures look very good on the net. However,the place is much small, staff is local, untrained, arrogant the price seems much higher when you see the place.The staff is shabbily dressed.The restaurant at the basement has been converted from the parking, so you have cars parked close to your table.The keys given at 7 am for room cleaning, werent cleaned even by 6 pm on our return!The housekeeping staff blamed the reception staff for not informing them and the reception staff were shouting at the housekeeping staff for the delay.Complimentary breakfast is only poha,upma,aloo paratha,bread pakoda, dahi with paratha is charged extra.The hotel serves only vegetarian food.Food quality is good.Its in the city so everything is close by.

This place is possible the best value for money hotel in Chandrapur with very good basic facilities and amenities, amazing breakfast, very warm service and hospitality and at par cleanliness. I had a plan to stay here only for a day but ended up staying for 3 days as I felt so homely. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are maintained well too. Most importantly, the manager Mr. Nimbalkar here treats you very very warmly. You can feel free to reach out to him anytime you like and he is sure to help you.Overall, I would say I was truly impressed with my stay here and would definitely love to stay here again soon.

Very good hotel experience in chandrapur. It is nice and clean hotel arrangements and excellently featured and furnished. Good hospitality minded staff is also happiness experience. High standard of hotel accommodation is giving in quite good budget. Not in main road that makes also cant easily approach to the hotel. Location is exact and over all experience is great.

Rude Staff, start shouting and misbehaving if you tell them the problems.Sort place for car parking, will continous wake you up early morning to shift your car.Fraud in food bill, will fight if you ask them to correct.

The hotel location is good. amenities & services is good. Rooms are quite small. once u open the door of room, u will find ur bed beside. Kitchen is excellent, they serve only veg. if u required non veg they will provide u from outside. complimentary breakfast is excellent, u will hv plenty of options. Now Bad is bathroom. tiles r not cleaned properly as I will find in my pics also. rest all is good

The hotel is very good but not good for the educated class of people. Its surprising that there is no provision for toilet papers in their western toilets! Today is my third day and even till now they were not able to arrange this very basic essential.

This hotel located in middle of residential area. Service and staffs are meeting expectations. Food is great. Rooms are clean hygienically maintained. Smoking should not allowed inside the rooms.

Leckage from AC and windows drenched my laptop bags, camera, important papers. I spend 2 hours in sorting my stuff. Even after this incident, the hotel offered ₹ 400 discount only. If the hotel dont care about your valuables, no point in staying here.

The hotel is ok to stay. Decent room but the bed sheet was not clean, but they have it later.They will only give you Poha and upama in complimentary breakfast. But the breakfast was pretty decent.

Pleasant stay, pollution free, nice location. Their is full salve for car parking, 24 hours room service .Generator as well as Lift facility are also available. The staff are extremely friendly and would prefer to stay. I suggest to try the hotel. Try once you will visit again definitely.
