Collections are not much and good. And no offers as trends give in big cities.

Did not like the customer service. They make the customer wait and lie. My experience was bad with the exchange policy. They should clearly mention if it is not possible due to whatever reason. Atleast the customer is not fooled by calling back thrice for a petty cloth. My review here isnt going to make much difference but whoever reads please make an informed decision to buy from here.

We could get clothes for almost every age group, and the fiber for clothes is so soft. Also they give gift voucher after billing for your next visit to the store which we can use on occasions

A good store located in the heart of the city. Can be easily accessed through local transport. It has good collection of national and international merchandise. The ground floor houses the Womens and the kids collect whereas the second floor houses the mens collection. The sales team is very cordial and helps you the best possible way. Keep a watch on the offers, they are the best season to purchase things.

Ive visited the Reliance Trends Store in Empress Mall, Nagpur during October 2018. Its a big showroom at the hotspot if the city and mall.You can select wide range of clothes to all of your family members from kids to old generation. AS per my personal experience, Once in 2 or 3 months news stocks and designs landing in Reliance Store.Note: Recently Reliance Trends changed its return policy which affect the customer. Now, you cant return/exchange the clothes purchased in Reliance Trends Store to anywhere in India. Youve to go to the same Reliance Trends Sure where youve purchased and return/exchange there.I request Reliance Trends to remove this policy and ensure this return/exchange Putin to anywhere in India.Thank you
