Came here on weekend. The view is great since it is next to Mahanadi River. The place was bit crowded may be because of Sunday. The place is not well maintained, you will see all the idol Sculpture there are not painted or well maintained and there is no water in any of the artificial fountains. You can be there if you are going to worshiping Chandrahasni Maa and Nathal Maa but if you want to see a good view this place is not for you. This place is fully commercialised however there is no maintenance.. You don’t even get a Prasad in the return. They will ask you to put the coconut or flowers in the bucket there which is so unsatisfactory when you really went there to worship the Maa..

I had a great time with my friends there this time visit was really astonishing because this time the place was properly managed and well neat and clean and the entrance was Welly roofed with fan so it was really helpful to walk up to the temple in this summer days because in summer it really get very hot literally very hot walk through it. It is nearly 145km from Balangir. Very beautiful place to visit the natural beauty and shrine.Food and different types of shop available here. You can buy gifts for you friends and relatives. You need at least 3 hour to visit the templeJagadamba water park is only 2.5 km away from the temple.need atlest 4 hours to enjoy the slides and music.Vary nice place to visit with family.

You get words coming out of your mouth GRAND BEAUTY!Start from Raigarh at around 9 am, and take State Highway and head towards Chandrahashini . Roads are pretty fine. Go with family and friends.Would suggest you to carry food alongwith because the food served at the restaurant in the temple, we did not actually like, may be because we love punjabi. That you would have to decide. Good Luck!you should visit atleast once

Hello friends! Maa Chandrahasini temple placed on the banks of river Mahanadi which is flowering towards bay of Bengal crossing through Chhattisgarh and Orissa state. The temple is main place of worship for the local people and by folklore its one of the shaktipith. Daytime is perfect for puja, and if you visit at 7pm Sandhya Aarti dont miss at the temple side. There is a small waterpark which will add to the fun.People also arrange picnic at the river side sometimes and we have enjoyed river boating which is really fascinating and memorable. The place is excellent for photography. Government should repair the bridge over Mahanadi its old and need some urgent care. So many trucks driving daily over the bridge so local administration should take immediate action. Overall its a good tourist place people are helpful and honest. Jai Mata ki !!

A temple of maa chadrahasini situated in Raigarh, Chattisgarh besides a river. Theres always hush and bush in the temple. Theres a very big statue of Hanuman Ji. You can visit at anytime of the year. Theres one newly built Jagannath temple near it.Inside the temple premises there are mirror maze, ghost house, etc for entertainment of children.You also get meal (prasad) at very low price. Theres an artificial gufa also.

When we entered the temple, we were forbidden to take photos of mobile and camera, due to which the mother did not take photos of Chandrahasini and there is a mothers aarti for 1 hour in the evening. After the Aarti we all around the temple are around the temple. Ardhanarishwar, Mahabalalani Pawan Son, Krishna Leela, Chirhararan, Mahishasur Slaughter, Charan Dham, Statues of Navagraha, Sarvadharm Sabha, Shiva Shayya and other gods and goddesses are engaged in idolatry The face of Rahasini Mata shines with silver, this view is rare in other temples across the country, the temple is located 120 kilometers from Chandrapur, Janjgir and 32 kilometers from Raigad, the pilgrims who arrive here do not stop without praising them.चंद्रपुर (चंद्रहासिनी)चंद्रमा की आकृति जैसा मुख होने के कारण इसकी प्रसिद्धि चंद्रहासिनी और चंद्रसेनी मां के नाम जगत में फैल रही है, लेकिन इसका स्वरूप चंद्रमा से भी सुंदर है। जब हम लोग मंदिर के अंदर प्रवेश किये तो वहा mobile & camera se फ़ोटो लेना मना था जिसकी वजह से माँ चंद्रहासिनी की फ़ोटो नहीं ली शाम को 1 घंटे माता की आरती होती है हम लोग आरती के बाद मंदिर के चारो तरफ घुमे मंदिर के चारो तरफ अर्द्धनारीश्वर, महाबलशाली पवन पुत्र, कृष्ण लीला, चीरहरण, महिषासुर वध, चारों धाम, नवग्रह की मूर्तियां, सर्वधर्म सभा, शेष शै्यया तथा अन्य देवी-देवताओं की भव्य मूर्तियां लगी हुई हैं चंद्रहासिनी माता का मुख मंडल चांदी से चमकता है, ऐसा नजारा देश भर के अन्य मंदिरों में दुर्लभ है मंदिर चंद्रपुर ,जांजगीर से 120 किलोमीटर तथा रायगढ़ से 32 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है यहां पहुंचने वाले श्रद्धालु उसकी तारीफ किए बगैर नहीं रूकते।
