Poor service. suggest for change of mother board for only headphones symbol problem

The receptionist boy is very rude, arrogant and unresponsive . At least they should know basic etiquette of how to talk to the customers.

Bad staff..they dont even have the etiquettes of how to talk to the customer.. I went there because my phone wasnot getting charged.. He says that the problm is in data cable.. even I have checked with other chargers but the phone isnt charging..but this fellow is insisting that its the fault of data cable.. as a service centre its your duty to find out the correct fault and give the appropriate solution.. but this guys are not at all concerned about the customer service.. very bad staff ..I would prefer getting it done in nagpur.. but not here..
