Bad customer service plus they charge you extra like for just battery replacement they literally add all the extra xyz costs so please be aware.

Worst store I have ever visited in my life. They charge u more than actual price, and will not give u proper service too. Make sure u always get the proper bill from the store i.e product serial no. Should be match with Bill n the watch, because they have their own product no. Be aware with them.

4 mnt ago i purchased RayBan frame and titan glasses ,total amount was 11500 ,and within a couple of months my glasses was full of scratches ,i visited showroom they told me it was due to dust and advise me how to take care to avoid further damages ,after spending such a amount it was not worthy ,staff doesnt know anything ,they should have told the moment i purchased there product .after spending such a amount glass get scartches ,even 2000 rs glass doesnt get that much scratches .it is waste of money to buy there product

The worst experience ever.I have a watch which one still in warranty.Somehow the belt o the watch git damaged.I give it to the ship to repair it they hold the watch for two months and still didnt change the belt.On top of that they said the belt is not available in the company itself.Communicationis also too bad.
