Massage service was pleasant enough but the booking process and staff were disorganized. They mixed up our treatments, didnt give us what we paid for and then were unwilling to fix it. Part of this may have been a language barrier issue which is fine but we very slowly and patiently went through each one of our parties desired services multiple times. We went so far as to speak with an english speaker via the phone. It was extremely disappointing and not at all relaxing to end our time there on that note.
