Very poor customer care and service. customers for them are not relationships only money generators. Very disappointed with the approach. this comes after almost a year of regular visits - family- so obviously speaking from experience. Moved to VLCC ..advice others to do the same.better safe than sorry

I am really very disappointed by the way of the manager at sublime lounge.I have been a regular client of the salon from the past 12 years. The way she treated my queries was very rude ,unpolished and very unprofessional. I was shook to see that kind of behaviour as .I have been using the services at this salon for my family and i as its known to one of the best in town but this time the manager had be disheartened.

I am really very disappointed from the appointments and the way of treating people in sublime. They wasted my time thrice ..1) Misbehaviour by Manager (Female Lady)2) Receptionist gave me appointment in the morning at 10:30 and when I went there in the evening at 6:30, she said that the concerned person is absent today ... and she didnt inforned me regarding this for the whole day through a call.3) The very cheap point of the Manager and the Receptionist is THEY TREAT CLIENTS BY THEIR SOCIAL STATUS AND CLIENTS WHO ARE COMING LATE THEY ARE TREATED FIRST FOR THE SERVICES.(Manager wasted my 3 hours as I took appointment a day before, but still the next I have to wait for 3 hours long...because she was very busy to treat the clients with social status and after waiting for 3 hours long I have to go back to home without taking any services.#Such a poor service provider saloon#Cheap way of treating their clients by RECEPTIONISTS and MANAGER#
