Its a worst company. They hire and fire people immediately. They are non technical dont have knowledge. They fire 8 people in a month. Not good for exp people. They cant even pay you salary.Join at your own risk.

I was working with IICE since 2016 to 2018 . It was a wonderfull experience.

This is the second time we are writing a review, first time when we wrote the review, they immediately called us and promised to provide a resolution within 1-2 days. So trusting them we removed the review from here. But they have not provided any resolution and have again blocked our admin panel access. They have stopped responding to our calls again. I don’t know what is wrong with them. They have literally put us in trouble.We handed over the project to them in the month of November 2016. It was a car rental website and mobile apps project. They promised us to handover the project within 3 months. However, they have been highly incompetent and unreliable. Its been around 1 year and the project is still far from completion.While taking the project, they promised everything, however after handing over the project to them, they slowly started denying the agreed functions. Some days back they denied a large portion of their committed project saying that it was not agreed. However, seeing that we at least get a minimum viable product from them and having left with no other option, we agreed and requested them to handover at least the basic functionalities.However, suddenly they stopped responding our calls and emails. Mr. Avinash Sharma (Business head) who was the Point of Contact has stopped responding to our calls. It’s been more than 2 months, we have called him more than 100 times but he never receives the calls.Their other numbers also do not respond to our calls. They have blocked our admin panel without informing us and all our data is now locked with them.They are highly unreliable people. We have made them 70% of the payment which is 10% more than the agreed payment. But these people have not been able to hand over us the product with even the basic functionalities so far.We have made a payment of more than 3 lacs INR. We have the detailed records of the mail conversation with this company. We will make a document of all such email and post it soon, so that other people can save themselves from falling into the false commitments of their sales people. All the commitments made by this company are false and baseless.What is even more surprising and shocking is that after we put the review, they literally threatened us that if we do not remove the review, then they will use our client database to damage our image and will make a team to put false reviews on internet about our company.We have made a big mistake by choosing this company to complete our project.Now after paying 3 lacs INR to them, they have not delivered anything to us. They have blocked our admin panel access and are blackmailing that they will misuse our client database.We wasted our money and precious time with them. Big Loss. We are going to file a legal complaint against this company.

This company is not good at all...Bt staff member is very good...Bt dont go in this company for any courses..Bt if u want to go for some courses then just go for karam jeet mam for java php android etc etc..
