I am very disappointed to find here that I was not selected even after all the answers were given with code practicals. I have shown MERN structure, built real time api with node and call it in react js. Everything was fine but still I did not get selected. whats wrong with that. If you cant give good salary to people then why waste their precious time to call for interview. One of the worst selection process I have ever seen. I recommend to developer dont waste your time here.

Performance bonus and Diwali bonus is given in this company and infrastructure is also good. They have gym and play arena is there. Negative thing I heard about them is bad politics.

I got a chance to visit Bebo technologies when I attended ambassador meet program. I just say that they really committ to what they say, even more than that. The tagline of company exactly matches with the company performance. During my ambassador meet, I enjoyed wonderful hospitality. This IT company has best work environment in the whole region. The staff is very helpful and professional. Each and every function of this company is done systematically. Loved to be there.

The company has good infrastructure and ist of all when you enter you will stuck their for security formalities but the staff is decent and well behave and after that there is around 500 to 700 staff is doing work here and very friendly nature is there in the office. And decent parking space is there....

This Company is IT services firm in IT park Chandigarh.They are harassing the employees.They are forcing to employ work more than 09:00 hrs in a day.Very bad politics in this companyThere is no power in HR department. [If you shared any concern to HR they dont do for you]HR department is puppet of CEO & other managers.At the time of joining they forced to employ signed agreement for 3 yrs.After they are harassing and terminate the employees.After employee left the organization, they use to file court cases on employees with intention to extract money from them based on illegal unreasonable agreements.No experience/relieving letter is given to employees.They are demanding money for experience & relieving letter.

I have received the call for interview. I went for the interview and gave the interview. Then they call me again after one week and my all rounds are completed.After one day HR sent me an email that the background requirement is not matched with the current skill set. If they want any other stream developer then why they wasted my time and call me again after one week.They have not cleared what they want nodejs developer, Php Or java developer.

They create such a harsh environment for employee that he/she either leave by himself or terminate his services. No experience/relieving letter is given to employees.After employee left the organization, they use to file court cases on employees with intention to extract money from them based on illegal unreasonable agreements.Right now, as per information that I have, they filed cases against 50 + employees and demanded money ranging from 1 lakh to 4 lakh from each. It mean company directly involved in fraud of many lakhs directly from employees they hired on low income salaries like Rs 10000 to Rs 30000.So I request please share this post as much as possible. So that other can think before join this company.

It looks like a hotel at first glance. I always thought the name BEBO could be after the name of someones daughter/mother :P but later got to know that its the acronym for Be Extension Be Offshore.I dont know about the work environment and culture there, but one of my friends told that they give good annual hikes. He was earlier working with this company as a Software Tester.

I was contacted by one of their HR named Prachi Sood. Over the call and in email conversation i told them that i have all required experience except Azure and they still invited me for an interview.When i got there and met prachi sood she asked me few questions about myself and after that she told me that we need a person who has experience with Azure but still she told me to wait for the technical panel for interview.After keeping me wait for 3 hours prachi sood told that i didnt got your email that you are coming for interview and the technical panellist dont have time to conduct interview.I want to know if PRACHI SOOD didnt got my email then why she kept me waiting for 3 hours and there was no other person whos interview was going on as i was the only one there.It is second time this has happened to me in this company. I have call recordings and email conversation in which i told PRACHI SOOD that i dont have experience in Azure but still she invited me.I would like to suggest to PRACHI SOOD to be a professional and work like a professional and to also like to suggest to bebo management to provide some training to their HR and speacially to PRACHI SOOD.
