My first visit to the store was this week. We were looking for a mens and womens watch. They had a good collection of different brands so it was easy to compare and decide. Watches are something best bought from a store rather than an online retailer.The staff are amazing. They helped us out a lot. The were quite patient and it felt like they actually wanted to sell watches.Being a Tata group store you can redeem your Encircle points which helps.I think they could add a little mellow music in the store to make the experience a bit more friendly.
