Just know about selling the products, when it cones to after sales services the the attention paid is zero.Even on call not interested in replying.Never recommended

CANT TRUST THE WORD OF THE OWNER !! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES !!Brought 50 crates of 200ml water bottles and was assured return on same price for unused ones. Later on backed off from given word. Returned water bottles at 10% loss.

I bought a Sunflame three-burner hob from an authorized dealer here in Chandigarh (Bharat Crockery 18), believing that Sunflame was a reputed company that stood by its products. My hob, though, turned out to be malfunctioning, right out of the box. Its auto-ignition wouldnt work. Both the dealer and Sunflame refused to replace it. Apparently, Sunflame has a no-replacement policy even if its products are dead on arrival. They only repair their products. But they havent managed to repair my hob, either. It has been 10 days. They say they dont have the parts. I will never buy anything by Sunflame again, nor by Bharat Crockery 18.

I am purchasing new heat from sunflame SF-917 and he is even not work I am not happy with this thy are meeting me full.

Poor services, when I complained abt my chimney, they initially did not revert and once they came they were not sure abt the spare of their own company products availablity.Did not revert since 1 monthPoor customer service

Bought a 3 burner gas stove with inherent design flaw which resulted in backflame and an unstable flame. Technician admits to flawed design but company refuses to provide replacement
