Just a 1 night stay experience and loved the service and the rooms are way.... Better than any hotel nearby. No one can ask more for such price range. Keep it up boys✌

Its not same as it looks in the pictures its in a inner area where you will have a problem to park you vehicle even the gali is too small for big SUVs .Food is Ok Ok but not worth the price and the rooms are just not worth as much price they are asking for.Service is comparatively nice.Staff is decent but the property condition is pathetic.

Hotel was good. Roomsize, AC, toilet, Beds, lift, staff all excellent. Food very delicious. Even the parcel we took for train journey stayed good after hours. Price-- value for money.Downside: Inaccessibility from main road. Auto and taxi both refused to come for drop and pick up.However Its hardly 100 ft from road and the staff came out to drop the luggage.

I have booked this hotel for a night but I left the room at 0830pm in the night after I fell that they are not going to listen or fulfil my request, I have to book another hotel for night stay. Even cold drink (Paid) which I have ordered along with towel was not given. No body bothered to say sorry for such behavior. Overall Hotel room was clean, along with passage. Lift was working fine. Hotel was safe for night stay.

Its a good place, close to railway station, I was there for one night, checked early in the morning, but whatever time got to spend was goodit was safe for family, person in-charge of the place after 11 on should be well behaved

This was a very good hotel and the room was quiet big as well as the bathroom. Air conditioner and hot water was in good condition too. Helpful staff and it was a reasonable price. Food is available at a low cost. Five minute walking distance from Chandigarh Railway Station. We totally recommend this place.

Hotel is very good . Its near railway station and rooms of this hotel is quite big and clean , most important it is available in very cheap price .

Hotel is clean and staff is very responsive. The room is spacious. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo,handwash, and body wash. AC room. Food is cheap as outside dhabas unlike other hotels, so its more convenient to order from the hotel room service than go out. The location is best for people who have to take the train at Chandigarh railway station because its walking distance. The only issue is that the hot water from the taps is not hot enough but all in all its highly recommended.

Im really disappointed by visiting this kind of hotel. No welcome gestures, No room service at all, Towels and bath soap not available in the room, foods is not good at all. The Most Bad hotel... Dont go with Family.

Basic 2* hotel with relatively low staff. The staff was not helpful too. There were bugs roaming in the room , with not clean toilet, dirty fan. The towels were worn out too. Food was not so good too

Bakwaas. Bedsheets were not cleaned. Cupboard was stinking badly. Bed was also proper. Dusted room.Even we have left immediately to other hotel post check-in.Very Bad experience. Expecting hotel to mind on cleaning the rooms

Never Stay in this Hotel if you are having Family. If you are a solo traveler and looking for a low cost hotel this is ok. I trusted GoIbibo to book based upon the inside room photos provided but got disapointed looking at its overall maintenance , approach road and service, staff availability, cleanliness.The main advantage is the Railway station is just 800 meter away.I have added a Photo so that you can understand the access road (I have given arrow mark for you understanding how to approach the hotel entrance).Toilets are not cleaned properly. Stains every where.My Parents room Toilets was broken , but they changed immediately. So behavior wise they are ok.You need to walk for approx 100 Mtrs with your heavy luggage to catch Auto. Though the Hotel boy will carry some of your luggage (dont forget to give him some tips) .Room Cleanliness is an another issue , Bed sheet and Pillow also has the same fate. Dust every where (this I think due to some work ongoing in hotel) .I stayed one night as had to catch trin to Delhi while returning from Manali.

Hotel is good but the receptionist is not at all good in terms of behaviour.... one of our travel mates was blamed for taking water bottle from them even though he did not take and purchased that from outside... he was so shameless that he even checked the room... but couldnt find any of their bottle but the bottles which they dont sell.... still he didnt say sorry... and rather told that he threw it away .... like really...he thinks that a gentleman who was his customer will steal ....... even though he said he didnt... if this receptionist stay the hotel wont run..... this happened on 18th october 2019.... and the person was from coochbehar travels.

The entire experience with Hotel Diamond Inn is pathetic. Rooms are small with no place to add a mattress,either you have to sleep outside the bathroom or share it with 2 other people on bed and we have done that even after paying for extra mattress. Blankets are stinky with no cleanliness . There is no resolution of the problems, according to them they can just say sorry and nothing else. We had asked for another room but they said, you could have booked superdelux room if you need better facility No hot water in the room as there is no gyser in the bathroom.The room provides is on ground floor where lift is on the front and outside which dining area is there , since morning 7 people come for the breakfast and you have no other option but to bear all this because you had booked it in advance. The person sitting on the desk takes all the blame pridely saying hotel to aisa hi hain, mein kuch nahi kar sakta.

Washroom drain was choked. Receptionist was making fool while asking for non achi room charges. Room was full of dust and lots of maintenance issue. Not worthy
