Nice property.I reached here midnight 2am and I demand here for food they serve me food in late night without any kind of ignorance.Nice room in the hotel and the location of the hotel is also good.Staff behaviour is kind kind and friendly.One more thing for alcholic peoples 😝there is a wine show near on the hotel.

So sorry we had a very short weekend, and plan to go back soon! Very clean quiet and beautiful hotel. We smelled the homemade waffles for their cones at the ice cream parlor through the lobby. Quite yummy. Breakfast was outstanding with cook to order and included in the very reasonable room price. Hubby said too he wants to go back. Friendly gracious staff.

What a pleasant surprise. We were blown away with all the amenities offered here. First class! A little pricey but, when you figure in all the extras. We enjoyed the tables we could use for playing cards. Rooms were very nice and the breakfast was as good as I have seen for a included hot breakfast. Thanks

I love this place. Its beautiful and reasonable. This was our 2nd time and we will be back. I definitely recommend it for all ages. The breakfast buffet is incredible. The outdoor fire pit area is beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed a lot loved this place

After 12 hours of long journey I reached hotel by 9.am in morning. I asked them about early check in .. the guy at reception was extremely rude. He said no rooms available came at 11. I said ok no problem at least let me use washroom and change cloths, he didn’t allow me to use even common washroom. He told me you can cancel booking no problem .. worse experience I ever had.you should treat every guest equal ..

Our second stay at Hotel Kwality Regency was wonderful.. Loved our room, the breakfast and the friendliness of all staff members. Didnt get a change to go to hot tub as we did on first visit. Next time want to enjoy fire pit outside

Good ,but costly for single occupancy

My husband and I stayed for two nights after our wedding. We had a small after party at Chandigarh. Food and drinks were served and all was delicious. The room was nice, bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. The room in general was spacious and quiet but there was random banging from above, I assume they were fixing something. The bathrooms here have stand up showers only, dont go if you really want a tub. The shower itself is nice but the rainfall shower head is not wide enough if youre showering with a friend. Over all the stay was nice. If you want breakfast, skip the market table and just go to Yolk!

Staying at the Hotel Kwality Regency was a real pleasure! We enjoy every bit of it! The breakfast was excellent! The use of the Room made our get together very special. I liked how close we were to the stores we wanted to shop in.

We had an awesome experience at The Dream. All rooms were clean and our meeting room was well stocked with water. There were some HVAC issues when we were there, but those are actively being resolved. We had an awesome meeting and the location of the hotel is great.

Rooms are kind of small. But the room service is great.Though there were no exhausts. But its not that bad. They have a ventilation system

The hotel is situated in sector 22. The hotel is good but is an old property and need to be updated. The service of the hotel is not much remarkable compared to their price. The food is bit costly but taste is not bad.One required 40 minute to reach the hotel from Airport and Railway station. Some famous Tourist attractions like Rose garden, Rock garden etc are near to the hotel and can reach their in 20minutes from the hotel. Sukha lake is another tourist attraction near to the hotel and required 30 minutes to reach their from the hotel.

It’s a very old tradition hotel. Rooms were neatly maintained. The food was ok. Be careful while buying water bottle from them. They charge you 50/- per bottle.

The hotel is beautiful, with so many amazing art pieces to look at and enjoy. But the thing that really pushed me over the edge, was the customer service. Every interaction that I had was beyond my expectations. From calling the hotel to make the reservation, to calling and asking questions prior to our stay, to the check in experience.... it was all just amazing. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to all of my friends & family. My husband even said - were staying here again when we need a hotel in Chandigarh.

We stayed for my sons second birthday! He had so much fun and it was so relaxing for all of us!! And their staff is outstanding! Super friendly! We love staying here again and again and we will definitely be back soon!!

I attend a women’s conference at the Kwality Regency in November 2018. As a professional woman who has traveled all over the US and many countries and attended conferences of many sizes, I can say that I have NEVER attended a small-scale conference at a property done so well as this one. There were probably 150-200 women at this event. The setups for breakouts were positioned in rooms on three floors central to the elevator and grand stairway that was just outside the main conference room. The food on the breaks was phenomenal, with thoughtfully offered options and beautifully displayed. The lunch in the adjoining restaurant, The Table, was outstanding!

Great experience with food as their is no noise of ppl... its a nice experience. Food must be have in peace also.

Rooms are good..but the staff are so rude... pretending as they are nice but they gridy for money....i ask them for plates and spoon ..they said we dont server if you dont eat our restaurant food. Location is good. Morning breakfast is also good

Not our first time and wont be our last! First time staying on the 1st floor and was worried it would be noisy. It was so quiet! And the hotel was packed! The free breakfast is outstanding. LOVE the Hotel Kwality Regency!

We had a wonderful one night stay for a wedding at the Event Center. The Inn is clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was great. The room was good size and came with a fridge and microwave which was a nice bonus.

Visited with family on 18th march 2018. Fabulous hotel. Fabulous staff. Good tasty food, sufficient and safe parking.Great location, in middle of city, nearby all famous attractions.Hotel is neat and clean and has very friendly staff.

The hotel has an attractive ambience of wooden furniture and somewhat looks like old heritage but still there is a lot of room for improvement.It is very near to bus stand and the outside area is really good. There is a market place, food areas, and a place to spend good time.

Gorgeous luxury hotel in Kwality close to Fountain Square, Mass Ave & Downtown. Would definitely stay again. Only thing I would ask them to change is the pillows & the guys working the valet definitely need more supervision & training.

Loved the hotel design with the exception of noise while in the room. the staff were great! All of this was ACCEPTABLE for the location except that there were four decaf, two tea and zero regular coffee pods in the room which was very unexpected and felt like a deliberate tactic to use other hotel services.

Location is good. Hotel is old design type but nice. AC makes lots of noise and no lift, you have to take stairs. Staff not much helpful.

Loved it as always! Great room, great service, breakfast was wonderful as always. The only thing I missed is we stayed during the week so we missed the ice cream parlor being open. We come back every year!

Second year in a row my husband and I have come for a night away from the kids. Great time, great lounge, convenient location and excellent customer service. We love the artwork and decor and beds are so comfortable

My wife whisked me off on a Friday for a Birthday Weekend in downtown Utrathiya and chose the Dream Hotel for the stay. We arrived late afternoon and after her request for a nice view, were directed to a room in the Residence Unit! Talk about disappointing...the room was college-dorm average and suitable for salesmans week calling on clients...if he had no taste or money!

Room is very compact not as shown in photos. I booked it from oyo and room was not as shown on pictures. And also they took my phone and rated themselves. Gave themselves 5 star.

Though OYO say its a premium property, I didnt find anything premium out there. My suggestion will be to book this hotel only on Cash and pay to hotel after checking hotels room as picture shown in oyo app are taken at great angle but reality is something else.

I like the location of the hotel which is very accessible. But I was flabbergasted to see the quality of room which we got such a small room without ventilation, not even a single window was there, washroom were too smallBooked through oyo anyone who will be going in this hotel must check as they have 2 types of room. Price of the food was exorbitantly high. Not satisfied with the quality of room and price of food.

This is one of the worst experiences I have had staying in an hotel. Small and shady rooms which even seemed to lack privacy. In a double bed room they only provided one single blanket which was even small for a single person.And to the irony, once you are about to checkout their manager stands at the counter and asks for a 5 star feedback. This is a no recommendation from my side.

Rooms are good, centrally air-conditioned, bathrooms having shower enclosures but of no use, while having shower the water spread throughout the bathroom and ct be drained.. I ve booked through oyo thats y I get some discount. The actual tariff of deluxe room is rs3400 + taxes for one night. Through oyo I have paid rs 2450 for one night that was not worth..Worth of money is rs1500 for deluxe rooms

My favourite hotel in Chandigarh, will stay there again if I come to the Tricity, everyone from The manager, owner , desk staff to the waiters and bellboys were very polite and extremely helpful, I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit CHD , this place is very comfortable

The hotel is a budget hotel...located in sec 22 near stadium chowk...its just 5mins walk from sec 17 ISBT and around 10mins from sec 17 admin block and sec 17 market...Now coming to the hotel...its not a big hotel...has around 10 rooms of different sizes...the ground floor has a dining area where breakfast is available from 7-10...All rooms are having ac as the property is centrally air conditioned...The room in which I checked in was the largest room of the property...got it at a off season discounted rate..{pls note: since the hotel is partnered with oyo rooms that room may not be available always)...This room (room 201) is huge...has a minibar, the window gives u a great view of the roads...in spite of being road facing room the outside sound is minimal...and since the bed is placed at quite a distance from the window u can have a sound sleep...And spcl mention would be the washroom...it has Victorian touch to it...from bathroom door to bathtub...the floor is of marble...Staff is cooperative and room service is prompt...apart from clearance...they cleared my plates next day afternoon (which I kept outside)...one more drawback would be wifi...its choppy...

I will prefer to give 2 star ..... Though I found the service extraordinary ...... There was no complimentary breakfast added to my stay though I paid very much more then the day to day tariff room charges.Things were pretty decent in room...but bathroom was quite small then expected.
