Best palce to stay..owned by hp govt. At exceptional rates

I went here for Exhibitions. Its a really spacious place and one can fully enjoy all sort of exhibitions which take place. Variety of clothes, Food etc and it is a must try if you are in tricity and it has one event there.

The Staff is cool, room service is also good but as per my view if you take another Private hotel youll get better service.

It is a government building which can be used by officials of Himachal government for accomodation arrangements if they are in tricity for some reason. It also has big hall which are usually booked on rent basis for exhibition and sales. Parking space is available.

Ample parking space can accommodate 40 cars easily.Politicians, bureaucrats, Judicial personnels oftenly use it in their transit being state guests .Take online bookings, accept debit/ credit cards.Have spacious rooms, in-house restaurant, hygiene maintained, courteous staff. Well behaved and synchronised staff be it Front Office, Housekeeping or Room Service. This property is anytime better than any 3-4 star hotel and that too at cost effective rates.Food has wide variety, absolutely delicious and reasonably priced.All amenities are available around this place. Opposite to Industrial Area Phase 1 access to Elante Mall, Centra Mall, Wave Cinema Mall is very easy.In-house souvenir shop , HPMC counter- food products include Jams, pickle , juices etc. These facility areas were being renovated currently as on 5th April, 2021.

Liked there services. The rooms are ok except VIP rooms which are great. There is good amount of parking space for vehicles. There is a nice wheelchair accessible entrance. Also the parking is wheelchair accessible. The government rest house is easily noticable from vehicle in normal traffic nearby.

Terrible experience. The boss of this government department parked his car a silverish Honda Civic right in front of his office that made movement of normal cars within the premises a bit difficult. The security guy informed that he was thr boss and nobody could tell him k anything. What stupidity.

Its a great hotel amd for the events also. There is mostly exhibitions going on in himachal bahwan of various clothes machines from around the world. The prices of hotel are also very cheap. They have there othere branches all over the himachal with very economical prices. We have stayed in Kasauli himachal guest house and it was awesome. The staff is supportive and with the best price.

Himachal Bhavan was a fun experience. I was there for a gaming event. The hall was well ventilated and spacious. Places to eat were also abundant.

I have not stayed there but went twice for exhibition. Its good place for exhibition situated at the center of tricity. Parking facility is good.

One of worst experience, dirty room, torn bedsheets, damp walls, uncleaned bathroom, unpleasant room decor. Attention is only given if you are from press, a buerocrat, a minister or a known to them. Wont recommend this is anyone.

I attended a gaming event organized by gamers connect on 24th june 2017. I enjoyed the event, it consist of different types of high graphics games on very high ended graphics gaming computers.

Unhospitable reception guy .He has an attitude problem.Normal Rooms were sub standard .I recommend it only if you have a GAD reservation, otherwise no. The TVs and ACs are old , like really old. Untidy rooms . Guys only with GAD stay here, otherwise go for a decent hotel .

Hall was not an AC hall and got congested and humid very soon. It was very uncomfortable to sit in. No proper arrangements for water as well. Staff was unfriendly.

I have visited himachal bhawan twice, its the only hotel that i will never suggest to anyone. I dont know about the rooms because i visited there only for some hours. But i know its quite old building not worth spending money at.
