Worst experience ever.. they charged rs.1500 for home collection... they took the sample at 7pm.. they promised us the result by 1-2 pm the next day... even by 3:30 pm they did not provide the result.. they keep delaying the report by claiming that they will send the result within 5 minutes... we are in airport waiting for their report. This is certainly mental torture. such poor services and false promise.i rang them for 7-8 times and they did not answer. later on when i speak with the manager, he argued with me.over all,,..... poor services and poor attitude of staff

Nice Place In Sector 16 For testing

Very poor service. I got fasting sugar test from 32 SRL lab today in morning 8; A.m but at 6:p.m report is still not given. If simple dastifa sugar test report is delayed do much then I doubt their efficiency in other test.

I see SRL provide me a best service and so impressive. They all deserve for appreciation for there such a great working style. SRL give full satisfaction to me and SRL employees so respective and professional in their work. Allover SRL going do so very well job in Chandigarh.

Renounced Lab, good service.Sitting arrangements could be better(benches particularly), some interior updations could also be better.

Gave me someone elses report with my name on it, neither my number matched nor my age, ID, DOB. Nothing at all. Second time they promised me to send someone to collect the sample in the evening but their guy didnt come. extremely unreliable, didnt go well with me at least. This is business requires serious attention SRL. If you cant cope-up with it then stop giving away your franchise like peanuts, you might seriously harm or kill somebody.

The lab assistant came to our office but failed to send my health report as he lost the blood sample of mine. Later, they did not even sent anybody to recollect the blood sample.

If you want to test your body health condition then you have opt for it. Leading diagnostic center in chandigarh.
