Very disappointing and careless behavior

This is in a small booth and therefore any urine test sample will have to be done in a public toilet down the street. This is especially an inconvenience for women. I expected better from Lal Path Lab. Honestly one should pay Rs. 50 and have the samples collected at home.

I wanted to give negative rating but there is no provision. The guy who was sitting on the counter is spoiling the name of Lal Pathlab. Very unprofessional behaviour. Will never visit again.

Total fraud!!! give incomplete results and refuse to return the money for the test!!! Nor will they redo the test...Very unhelpful customer service also...

Reputed lab pan India presence.
