Worst experience. No one pick up the calls. A lot of hidden charges. No transparency. Stall behavior worst. No guidance. Never take loan from here.My rating is negative 2

Pathetic experience from bank staff , no transparency during loan process had to pay way more in miscellaneous charges for loan processing. Relationship manager not much helpful, harassment from staff into paying extra charges which they tell you on the spot.

DO NOT issue loan from PNB Housing Finance. 4 months back, I had taken loan from Chandigarh branch and now Im getting it re-financed from another bank.First, the interest rate is significantly higher than other banks in the market and second, the customer service is pathetic.My PNB loan officer stopped responding to my calls post loan disbursement which is nothing but a classic case of customer harassment. The documents were loosely submitted by the officer because of which I had to face repercussions post disbursal.

Worst institution. Highest interest rates. Uncooperative and arrogant staff. Having the worst experience of banking here.

Not to good take a loan i suggest the other bank it take a higher rate of interest minimum 1.5 to 2 % more then other comparisons government bank . in which hidden charges 1 point no proper guidance and floating rate its a 9.2 stable rate up to 11,12 higher rate of interest.

Never take loans from Pnb housing. Everyone is non-professional n branch head mr. goel is absolutely disguised person. They are not there to serve customers, they loot them. Ek no. ke Chor log hain....keep everything hidden!

Hidden policy 75000 i was not agry for this bank given me 975000And 75000 pay for any private insurance policy i have lost my 75000 thousand rupeee

Charges applied on reducing interest rate and you will also get higher interest rates up to 1.25% than market rates even after paying charges every time to reduce rate, even on floating interest rate loans...we careful when taking floating loan from any organization
