Covid season, single person entry, need to stand in staircase.. Working hours are 10-3pm, closed on 1st and 3rd Saturday of month. Staff is courteous.

Very poor customer service. I had a horrible experience in getting my lian from LICHFL taken over by another bank. They did their utmost to delay and harass me. I will never approach LICHFL again.😠👎
