I have never experienced a worst organisation. No response. MR Malhotra who rang me up at least ten times to convince me to buy this policy thatI with 75 years behind me never required, has gone missing. Records will show that he has not answered more than 100 calls of mine

They just know how to sell policy through agents.. no proper service. Just a single helpline no with the name of so called toll free no. Just dial it and wait for your turn. Even when u call on that single no., sometimes says wrong no., sometimes busy Or if connected then waste your time on ivr call.. Damn services...

They are fraud. We have buy a policy on the name of my father 3 year agoand all the 3 years premiums has been paid. But suddenly my father was expired 6 month ago and then we have claim for his policy at that time but now after 6 month PNB metlife said your policy is rejected and terminated.we have said kindly revert atleast our paid amount of last three year that is around 1.80 lakhs but they said in his mail amount will not refunded.They are totally fraud very very poor service..Please dont buy this policy its my humble request to all of you.

Fraud company ever seen..people stay safe from them. Fraud are done under Punjab national bank.Faluse policy sold by agent..if you face same problem plz go through your documents...in which you find financial ombudsman you can complain against of your fruad done by them..

Most fraudulent organizations with high no. of fraud employees, they have miscomunicating for gold coin while making policies, post that when premium gets due, they call before due date and commit waivers in premium amount and get payment done through google pay and payment, post that mobile goes switch off, when you check with compay, they say that fraud done by these persons, they are x employees and doing this more than a year......if this co. knows that this is happening for one year, then why this company not intimating through text message or any other means of these fraud employees to their existing customers...... This means that indirectly this company also supporting these fraud people to do fraud with innocent customers

Worst.I lost rs 50k to metlife.I have two ulip policies of 25k.I had to quit as I found that there was no gain in continuing policy even for 10 years.

Dont trust them at all. All your money will be wasted. I dont understand why anyone would rate them 5 stars. This company is a fraud. We lost 35k rupees. Earlier they said money will be given after policys period is over. Now they say policy has been closed and nothing can be done.
