I am giving single star on the basis of my experience with shoppers stop. I bought fossil watch worth rupees 23 thousands and wore it for just 15 days and still my watch is with service center. I bought it on my anniversary and they ruined our expectations and emotions. Worst experience with online shopping..Order not delivered since 25 days.. order is cancelled by the vendor for the sale product and the same product is available on website till now.. no proper response from customer care despite of repetitive calls and mails ..Everytime got a response we will provide you dispatch details soon..and finally it got cancelled without any information..REALLY DISAPPOINTED

I went to claim my shoppers Stop points and when I finished selecting the products the billing staff simply denied adjusting 6600 points = RS 3600 which could result to almost half of my bills ng amount saying that they cant do it and I need to talk to the bank for credit points... Even the bank team asked them to reimburse the points because there was no glitch from bank , but still shoppers Stop denied saying that their system is not working for claiming credit points ... Pathetic and untrustworthy... Bunch of Cheating guys around

Faced issue while getting billing done on the top floor of Shopperstop elante mall.There were 4 staff present behind billing counter but only 1 counter open. When I asked about reason for only opening 1 counter, the manager there said staff has gone for lunch. All I could do was laugh at those 4 free staffs standing there.Finally, after waiting for good amount of time, I did not take the things I selected and left them on the counter itself.I really ddnt like it.

While placing the order, i was having some trouble with some specific products, which led me to contact the Chandigarh store manager Mr. Gurmeet Singh who assisted me thoroughly and guided me. But at the time of delivery, wrong and damaged good was delivered and again it was Mr. Gurmeet who not only aided me really well with the whole exchange process but also made the entire procedure of exchange real quick!! Worst ever experience with Shoppers Stop. Not only once, but now thrice. While attending a customer, the store executive suddenly goes somewhere and starts attending other people. You could see few executives just standing idle, while few not bothered. They attend only a bunch of people and do not bother to attend a person or two. Moreover, if they do, they would simply walk out upon seeing a group etc. And after such a heinous experience, they expect to buy their membership! Not only expect, they simply say whatever was your experience, no matter, you would be benefited with this membership! Do you expect a person to revisit after such a worst experience?
