In fact the ambiance says it to be the Connect Infonet Office, whereas it is a third party Franchisee Office. Staff is cooperative, but the Connect lacks servicing facilities at this office for the neighborhood sector 50, for which I visited this office. They dont have even contact numbers of other local peers, nor that of Senior Officers in the Connect Company. They were not in a position to resolve my broadband failure issues.

Worst services my net is not working since last 2 days when call customer care message comes ur fault will be resolved in 3hrs same message comes whenever u call them. no one is there to solve ur problem

This company is sold to vendors, zero service to new customer then imagine what they do to the old ones... they charge for 5.8 ghz router and 100mbps but give 2.4 ghz 50mbps, no one will reply to u for 10 days and then when u file complaint to consumer court they will reply and ask for another few days.... Avoid at any cost ur phone 4G will give better service than this company.. avoid this fraud company, not worth it
