They will try to linger your work if you go there to shift your olan from postpaid to prepaid. If you want to come in VI network by porting your number they will run after you.I know retention desperation is good but making people uncomfortable is not good at all.

It is lagging behind the customer service. The approach of employees is casual and they seem to be avoiding work as well as customers.Sometimes you will have to raise voice to make them understand simple bits of information.The lady with round specs and oval face is full of lies.She tries to decieve people.If you happen to be at this store, expect services to be delivered when enforced on (some) employees to be given.Best wishes to the Vi Team.-----------------------------------------------Update: Reducing my rating to one point further.I switched from postpaid to prepaid.Like I mentioned earlier, I had to raise my voice to get the job done.While doing her work, she told you will have to pay for processing charges.At the end of completing the work, she asked for INR 200 cash.I told her I can make a card or UPI payment. She insisted for cash.I asked for receipt and she told you will get it on email. I searched for processing charges on my phone for this service and in few minutes, she asked me to come next day when the sim is activated to get the first recharge done -- and pay the processing charges.Fact: There are NO processing charges by Vi.----------------------------------------------------This is my second experience and I feel this place has unethical conduct.I am switching to other telecom operator.

Worst services of Vi network. went there to port my number from postpaid to prepaid .Their executive Ms. Jyoti took my phone and did her own customer review herself from my phone hiding it from me. and then deleted the messages too ,took all the required money from me and said she will recharge my number when it gets activated. Its been 72 hrs. but no recharge. Worst part, even the Vi customer care dont have any official contact number of the Store. Do i need to go there again to get my recharge done?

Highly unprofessional. The closing time of the store is 7pm, I went there to get my recharge done as I ported my vi number from postpaid to prepaid, the employee who does the recharge said that I cant do the recharge as the store is closed, however I entered at 6 30 pm how is it even valid when the store is still open. It takes two minutes to recharge a network, they are so busy that they cant spare a minute for their customers. Pathetic service and experience. I am sure when someone goes there to get number ported they can open the store even till 9pm and when they want hundreds of rupees for porting a number and asking for security fees which I didnt get even after using the postpaid number before getting it ported to prepaid.. No company makes such rules of Refusal. Vi must make sure not to hire such employee and focus more on the feedback given by customers rather than bragging about one. Customers take out time from their busy schedule in expectation of hassle free work, really disappointed. No use of arguing with such people.

Its been 3,4 times i am asking to change my postpaid connection to prepaid. This time might be the genuine reason, but what about the previous ones? Everytime they use excuses to not to get prepaid. Company policy on deactivating services or changing postpaid to prepaid is confusing and designed to cause problems to customers.Apathy of the staff does not help either.More focus is towards sending the customer out than ensuring a resolution is provided.They ask customers to come back like the customer has nothing else to do apart from visiting the store. I had to visit the store 4 times to convert postpaid to prepaid.I had to change it because vodafone sold me a plan for 199 a month and somehow managed to charge me 499 a month plus taxes. I was an ignorant consumer but they should have been honest in this matter and the least they could have done is accept responsibility and apologised.

I have visited almost all telecom company stores but this visit changed my perception. The representative who helped me was Shivani a bit shout out to her. She proved that a smile can be seen even with a mask on. She was super quick in resolving my issue, friendly and a jolly person. Fpr all i would say just enter the store, ask for Shivani and consider your issue resolved.

A brand like Vodafone needs better people to represent it. The rep we went to took almost an hour to finish what a retailer would do in 10 minutes. The ambiance is good but the employees arent good. One guy was dealing with an elderly couple and wasnt as polite as he should be. Apart from the daily-increasing Network issues, Vodafone needs to focus on customer service as well.

Totally unprofessional....My experience with the Vodafone care centre was very disappointing. The staff and lady store Manager of sector 35 Vodafone care centre was so irresponsible and rude.No support on complaining. The staff has nothing better to do but to gossip.They were so arrogant and uneducated,they didnt solve any problem instead they said port your number to other network provider.I wont be going there again .

I was visited Chandigarh 35 Vodafone store and executive Miss neetu Jaswal said I have no mail came and confirm about your mobile number. I was visit 3 time to derra bassi to chandigarh 35 c Vodafone store and I was so apset and frastating. Derra basi to chandigarh 35 c distance 1 hours.But my number did not migrate in post paid to pre paid than I have change my network.Thanks

This office staff is unsupportive, I requested for post to prepaid in same company on 06.11.2019, and I pay the mobile bill advance for 10-15 days, they said your number will be convert in 3 days, but they didnt process because they dont want to close the post paid number (liers), then I paid more money because after 15 days I port in jio, who is the responsible for my extra money paid ? Even customer care said your store didnt send the request for post paid, never buy Vodafone postpaid connection beware from them.thats not good deal with your customers. It is okay, but not that much I expected from Vodafone. long ques, and mess in the store. It takes more than half an hour for your turn. Still they just are in hurry. Experienced this store 2 times and both of the times, I felt bad here. Might be this store is only having limited facilities as I have visited other Vodafone stores. They are quite good.

I checked here for bills issue and the girl who attend me she said that she is not able to check the billing part and she will revert me with the same in the next morning. Bitter experience right from the entry - first need to find the guard on duty to get a number slip which is numbered manually, then a long wait even if there are 2 people in waiting (for atleast an hour) and with 4-5 staff on desk.By the way there is no relevance of the number slip when addressing the customers as the store is a walk-in store but numbers become relevant when you need delay things. Spending 3 hrs on 2 different occasions this week, it leaves a bad taste interms of Vodafone customer facing team and their basic knowledge like they plan to send an update on SMS to the vodafone number when they have put it in safe-custody themselves and the same can be seen on screen (incoming SMS is also blocked when in safe - custody).They start questioning their own system as they cant see the request they have logged and the OTP and update message has been received on the alternate number of the customer - amazing system ... but then complaining to the customer about it doesnt help since this is on his tab, on his time and the customer is there is avail the service which is denied. Vodafone people, please understand that your systems & processes are your internal matter, the customer doesnt have to know about it and doesnt have a say in that. The customer is there to pay a fee and avail the service which vodafone offers.Issue of access rights - thats again internal to vodafone, holding up a customer is not right just because the staff member put in that role doesnt have the right in the CRM portal and sorry to hear that your own employees/staff are not reachable due to network coverage - Customers should heed to this warning of what service they are trying to avail !Unfortunately, i still have to suffer to get my Sim since porting out still needs to be processed through that Sim ... lolHelpline - God ! their script and memorized lines have more apologies than than the understanding of the customers problem - only if the non meaningful apology line is removed from the script the calls can less than 5 mins max - Unless this is a way to earn revenue bu keeping the customer on the helpline call charged at around 50 paise for 3 mins.Good Luck - hope you improve and not get nominated for the Darwin Awards !

Cant expect a service experience worst than itI made a visit to this store today due to negligence of Vodafone and suspension of SIM services without any reason.Staff in the store is loud and harsh. In my 1 and half stay there I heard the ladies working over there shouting at almost every visitor. Explaining too much of information and in every word of their, they were more sound like aggressive and imposing their assumptions on visitors. Even they were giving assumed reasons for the problems, and when customers countering their assumptions, they went into explanation and loud tone.The moment a visitor countering their self-thought assumptions they started shouting how one can talk like this to a female. Cmon that a customers were talking to a service employee. There was nothing male female in it. This is not limited to lower staff. Manager is also rude and misinformed and prejudiced that ever customer visiting the store is illiterate or unaware of rights. It is true that work culture penetrates from top to bottom. She can give you some assumed reasons for your problem, and later goes into denial state.What I felt in listening the conversations going on, they have the advantage of putting all female staff that even in denial state, customers cannot encounter their fake stories. Coz the moment someone try, they would say how can talk like this to a female.Contrary: When they shouting loud at cutomers they are employees of the store.Horrible experience of visiting it. I would say its better to visit a mini store or better opt for other network. Vodafone employees and Store staff are rude and arrogant.There are many offices which are all female managed, like bank branches , ticketing windows, supplies and services. But this particular vodafone store is NO GO PLACE in Chandigarh.Pathetic Experience.Overall rating 0/5

Very poor service.. yesterday i visited sector 35 store, for postpaid to prepaid number, firstly i visited 1st feb then they said we cant prepaid your number because of your billing cycle, came after 11 feb. then i visited 12 feb , firstly your office executive told me we cant deal after 6pm. i request him i came from kharar and my office time is 10 to 6, so cant come before 6pm, then they issue a token number and said wait for till your number announced, last time i wait for 30 minutes but no any number announced after that i went to b counter, A girl told me i am already busy in uploading documents so i cant deal with you.then your office executive call on your custmer care helpline and she said if u do ur number in prepaid then u have to recharge with minimum 495rs.and they denied to do my number in prepaid... too much disappointed because my number is too old and i always paid my bill on time. they harassed us.i think this store should be banned.
