Its furniture is very costly but not at all durable.We bought dining table, 7 seater sofa set & designer chairs in May 2018 I think, the sofa had to be repired immeditely after purchasing.The dining chairs corners are already in bad shape.This is the scenerio when no kids & only adults at home & all on their jobs whole day.When we complain they speak rudely.So I decided to share my views so that nobody is cheated.
A very good place to find all kinds of furniture..they get their furniture from delhi so any changes would be difficult although if a new piece is being made then customisation is possible..U will get furniture here that u wont find anywhere in tricity though a bit pricey but worth every penny. Their manager Harwinder is very helpful.
Worst experience at Komfort furniture. Gave order for a custom made sofa which arrived late, and was not as per the given dimensions and few cushions were also missing. Professionalism is zero and it seems they have no idea how to entertain their customer. Will never recommend to anyone as it was a very bad experience and a total waste of time and energy.
Very nice place to buy classy furniture.
We ordered a sofa 25 days back ,wasted our time and energy in directing them how to make , and which measurements to follow for our specific drawing room ..This exercise otherwise should be theirs, I suppose ..Anyways ,after everything was finalised , the day sofa reached out home was just out of proportion , not as per the customisations given .They did not bother to assure us the delivery of new sofa .Rather they were suspicious whether they could amend the given sofa appropriately or not ...No customer satisfaction ...Getting rid of the situation was only the solution they had ..lots of harassment ..very disappointed .
