Unfortunately I had to deal with Bansal Sanitary. I raised query for nearest Kohler dealer with Kohler customer care and that was how I got connect with Basal Sanitary. I got multiple calls from various executive from Bansal Store, however everyone was just asking for my requirement and trying to sell their other products. Team was more kean to sell other products than Sanitary products. I asked for the quotation for my requirement however team just collected the list of items and never shared the quotation. They simply shared pricelist of the entire product line instead of sharing the exact price. Just want to share the next fraud they did. I was introduced to Mr Vikram an area manager for Kohler Sales team , and he introduced me as a Kohler employee and he assured me to help in in getting these products directly from Kohler ; he collected the requirement and then assuredto share the quotation however after getting the details Mr Vikram did not respond back to me for manly days though many reminders. Later he routed me to Bansal Sanitary Store saying that they will provide the quotation. After few days of delay Bansal Sanitary team called me to share the requirement again and assured me to share the quotation in 1 day. Later they told me that Quotation is with their manager (Mr Vikram) and he will share the same. I tried to reach out to Mr Vikram however he didnt show any courtesy to even respond back. I am still very doubtful how this Store is in the market and how can Kohler India can deal with such unprofessional and misleading staff. I have high expectation with Kohler s product however being interacting with such unprofessional vendors. I would recommend not to visit this store if you want to have a fair and professional service. I wish I had avoided this interaction to save my valuable time and energy.

Nice store beautifully and laid out. They give lot of deals and discounts. But the quality of Köhler products is suspect. The Chrome Polish will get discoloured very soon. The faucets and other fittings are substandard.

We walked in and were approached by the Kohler team. Kohler being a luxury brand has showroom at locations of Chandigarh. Its one of the best companies to work in, in terms of work culture with light humor in talks and dedication towards work being the two critical elements. Top management is easily reachable and can be contacted easily for any doubts!! overall a wonderful place to work in!!

We were just getting married and renovating our house before we moved in. We had no clue of what all was required. Our plumber just gave us a small list. When we went to Bansal Sanitary Store , Mr. Akshit was more than happy to help, he showed us all the products and mentioned benefits, certain things our plumber missed mentioning and Akshit told us we would need it, it wasnt his push for sales, but more from the concern of us having to make many trips to the shop.
