Attention to detail was missing. One bath tub had a broken side cover fixed with cellotape. Another towel rack had a bent end piece. No one even offered help as we walked around.

Both Jaquar bath and electrical display. Staff is quite coordinating. A little lack of display of faucets but you can always see brochures and catalogs they have.

@JaquarGroup makes Faulty, NON ENVIRONMENT friendly products. & their service experience in this region is chalu. Ban / Penalize such companies.

Bought a divertor for my new residence, within a couple of months it wasnt working properly, registered a complaint on 22nd Jan, tech came and said that it needs to be replaced and after that there was no further follow-up or info from Jaquar. Called myswlf after 10 days ... after a daily conversation of 45 mins to 1 hr for next 8 days, they were finally able to send a tech, turned out the previous tech has totally damaged the divertor and the second tech had to break it further to take it out. Once it was taken out the tech informed me it would take another 15 days to get a replacement. From my experience i believe we should try some other brand. FYI... their Customer service s***ks big time.. they are merely robots with predefined responses and their service email never responds. so be careful before shelling out thousands of your earned money.

Very bad service customer care no milta hi nahi

Short-staffed with no marketing sense!As I entered with my clients, nobody was there to attend as if they dont need customers. They had just one person per floor. We looked at the whole place in about 15-20 mins, still nobody was there to attend or bother to ask about the requirements even. While we were leaving the place, even then nobody seemed bothered. On being asked, the manager named Arun was quite rude and impolite, did not even care to look up in the eye. This experience was embarrassing as I was the one who took my clients to this place.

Service people are really very helpful and polite. They went out of the way to find a store for me where I can get a bathroom fittings. Product wise Jaguar need to improve a lot. Quality has degraded since its inception in market as premium product. I had replaced almost all fittings in my bathroom due to cracks or leakages.

I have 2 sensor taps.. and it has been 8 months since I purchased them and one of them already started to malfunction so in the month of march I would have called their service person atleast 5-10 times and they came everytime but no conclusion and finally one of them himself made that tap stop completely by mistake.. then another service person came and told me that sensor and the pumping equipment is dead and then took them with him and left a receipt with me ... and now it has been 6 days since that incident... Now their chandigarh head office is doing rubbing protocols and they are not providing me with parts..If. a person can spend 10k on a tap then obviously he will not want to wait for a month to get his problem resolved. I m very much disappointed with Jaquar. They are not par with the reputation they had build in market. I am telling every close friend that how unsatisfying their after sales service is.
