The showroom staff is horrible. Like if I had the option of giving it a negative rating, I would have done it. As soon as you will enter the place, everybody will judge you as if they are checking if you can afford the brand or not. The staff is not at all helpful and courteous. I will never recommend this store for anybody.

Suresh, store manager, is the worst store executive we have met. If you met any exceptional situation in which you would need help, he will straightaway reply no. He will not even try to take your side or help you. The only thing he knows is no.

Before stepping into this store, count the money in your wallet! This is a very expensive store to make your head swim. I bought just a single pair of trousers and shirt. I paid Rs 10000/- !! I will recommend Pantaloons just across the road for clothes.

Entered the store at 6:45 PM.Walked out of the store at 6:50 PMWhy? Read on.Requested one of the representatives to show a few shirts. The store representative did not care to even open the shirts! He said they are that side and you can see. When we called him, he touched the labels to see you can choose what you like. In an age where customer should be treated as king and where most shoppers prefer to buy stuff online, the few customers who visit the physical stores must be treated with a little respect. Is that too much to ask?I was so disappointed with the staffs behavior that I could not help but note his name. I wish Mr.Shamshad would have been a little more enterprising and helped us out. Its the first time I have been disappointed walking into an LP store.Terrible unapologetic staff attitude.TL;DR : Staff is rude.

Its like any other Louis philippe store. ambience is good n comfortable. staff are okay, take care of your needs while showing you the options. Though one may not get some of the items or the preferred size available at other stores. Parking is a problem here atleast till the metro construction going on in front of the store.
