Not happy with shopping at Sunder sterling. I have purchased a silver ring one month ago in 1100 rs but that was tight in my finger ring. I went to shop to replace it and it was completely loss to me. Even I have paid more to buy the fit one in replace of that old ring. I would say this is not a right deal to buy silver again. Always go for gold and diamond but not silver. Experience with sunder sterling was not good.

Shopping experience have Always been good. Real problem I had with them is when some of their jewellery got broken and their way of dealing that was quite very wrong & unhelpful!! Even after being their regular customer they didn’t have the courtesy to accept the flaw in their bracelets n silver kada!! So I’m definitely very upset about that..! It’s not good only to be good when selling your product, be good too when it’s your mistake n help your customer!
