Worst dealer and worst aftersale service. By the way the showroom is closed now and when enquired where they went the person from side showroom said that they had gone to industrial area phase-1, chd. I called TVS showroom industrial area and they said that they are different identity than GMP automobiles and that they are not connected to GMP, chd in anything. Well I had purchased a jupiter scooter from them in November 2020 and they had given me provisional Rc for one month now it has been three months and the original Rc for my scooter has not been received by me yet. While I called the agent who sold me this scooter numerous times but his call could not be connected as the person had not recharged his phone and that incoming to his number is closed. The number given in Google is also not working. Also, the service from their industrial area center is pathetic. They take whole day to service one vehicle. All in all, now I know why other automobiles companies are more popular than TVS. Save your selves.

I dont know about this place but theres service centre which is in industrial area phase -1 plot no.-128 is the worst place to go.First they dont know about customer respect or anything about serviceMy helmet is stolen from counter over there and when i told them about the incident they didnt take it seriously and when i told them too show the CCTV footage there answer is it is not for this use( means how dumb answer is this) then i told them to call their owner and they said he is busy l.so, when i created a scene over there then they told me that they will show the footage next day ( means why cant they show footage the same day, i dont know about their intentions).THE WORST PLACE AND THE STAFF IS EVEN MORE WORSTI am giving 1star because there is no lesser optionThese guys deserve the negative points.

Fraud done by Chandigarh GMP & Capital First Chandigarh branch.I had purchased TVS Jupiter base model on 30th Aug 2017 from GMP sector 35 chandigarh branch and the Loan / finance done my Mr Hitesh sharma employee of Capital First.The cost of TVS Jupiter was Rs 50300 ( including GST) , Insurance Rs 2109 and temp number Rs 30 . The total amount is = Rs 52439 ( all documents are enclosed )I had paid the Down payment Rs 15000 by PNB Cheque to GMP , sector 35, chandigarh ( net banking screenshot enclosed )Now , the Balance amount for Loan is = Rs 37439 but the Capital first guy had did the loan of Rs 44,422.Why they had did the loan of Rs 44422 where the actual balance amount is Rs 37439. ( Rs 52439 – Rs 15000)They are not able to explain the difference Rs 6983 or over charge from me and they are not able to provide me any written or bill for this Rs 6983 amount.I had not taken single accessories from showroom and I had not taken any service of RC making form show room cause they are demanding Rs 7000 for RC where the actual cost is just Rs 3600. So I had not taken any accessories or any RC service form GMP .the Capital First Guy Mr Hitesh Sharma and the sales staff of GMP had cheat me by taking over charging of Rs 6983 form me .From last 30 days , I am visiting to GMP Show room to resolve the issue but they fearless misbehave and lease bother for any clarification .

They call me & also say me there is some offer avalible now & not descibe me what the offerthey also not provide me helmet or gift which other co. give to their customers same time or at the moment like bajaj, hero, honda etc. also provide me.no. plate after purchase bike 3 days waiting also say me we while give u helmet & gift witin 3 days but i call them after 1 week & their employees say me yaar aab gift or helmet kya tujha mein apni jab se du or helmet toh 200 ka aata hai or jab maina kha toh bhai tu 200 mujha de de mein apne aap le lugaa then he cut the call also give bike at heavy cost think u pruchase a bike 100000 & they dont gave u a helmet or gift etc what the hell so think when u purchasing tvs vehicle & check review

Most slow staff I have ever seen in my life. I have seen people this unprofessional. They have hired kids to sell bikes. And those kids dont know how to even talk to customers let alone selling the bikes.
