This retail store has every apple product available and they even got some good offers. Display of products is appealing. Footfall lies in the services the agent never bothered about to tell me about the product info , I have to call him personally to get my bill paid through debit card. He didnt even bothered to be present there when I swiped the card . I tore the slip from the swipe machine to get it billed.. I know they might be over worked but that not the way a tech giant works !!!!

Its a good store to explore latest variants launched by Apple. Its a verified store for all your purchases. From iphone to airpods to even a charger cable, you can get it all. They dont give any paper reciept though. Receipt is through your registered phone number only. Staff is courteous and welcoming.

So I am Currently Waiting for Past 20 Minutes and Still all the Sales Executive which are working in the Store are Busy at the Counter. I dont Whether the Place is Understaffed or The executives dont Wanna Help The Customers But This Thing is Sure that I am Never Visiting This Particular Outlet Anytime.

Actually place is great you can easily check any apple device, like camera and other features. Good place if you need to check any apple device visit here. Staff is very friendly also they didnt disturb you while you are checking iphone.

I called them on the number provided on Google to enquire about iwatch 6 series availability as I want to purchase it today, but to my utter surprise the lady on the call said they will arrange for the call back only in 24 to 48 hours. When I asked if the watch is available or not she said that they will tell me with in two days.. hahahahaFirst ever place that tells about availability in 2 days. Apple should work really hard to improve services.I have always been big fan of apple products but the sales is a big no.Look for better dealers

Very bad experience, very next day after purchase of iPhone faced heating issue in phone get to showroom told i have to go service centre they cannnot do any thing . The staff behaviour was also very rude, very disappointing... they didn’t even guide me properly , very bad showroom . I suggest to shop online only like Flipkart and amazon at least they reolve and address issue properly

Visited today to buy the iPad Pro 2020, it was not in stock which was fine! but the staff who attended me was very casual about it, i i asked when can i expect it to be in stock, the response i got was and i quote It may take 10-15 may be 20 day may be 30-40 days, I dont know when it will be available for you, as there are lots of pre orders already, listen i dont wanna know how many pre orders youyyou have, could just said you will arrange it ASAP and will give a call!! this is noting much to expect from IMAGINE right?We all know due to covid19, stock is delayed, but this is how you handle customers? i i couldnt have ever Imagined 😂!You lost me as a customer, there was NO customer centricity, no empathetic response, VERY CASUAL approach from your staff, as if even they dont care !!I visited PLUTON, soon after, iPad Pro 2020 was not in stock there as well but guess what, i preordered it from them, just because of how they responded to by request!Please respect your job, if you wanna work casual, u will loose more and more loyal customers like me.IMAGINE Store staff may be thought i was just a passer-by who just walked into checkout cool apple hardware!I walked in to buy the top end iPad 2020 Pro!This was not expected!Good Luck for future!

I had gone to another apple store (E-store) and they cheated me by telling me that they are the autoriosed service provider, when I checked with Apple on their toll free number, I was informed that they are not even authorized sales point. Then I went to Currents Apple store on the same floor and they helped me with software update on my phone and guided me correctly.Thankful to Currents staff for guiding me correctly.

Very very unprofessional staff. They are not even bothered to attend to a customer when they walk in. I walked in to buy an Apple Watch. The ones on the display were not eve charged. How is a person supposed to get a feel of the product he or she is gonna buy if it’s switched off. Upon asking, the staff person was not even bothered to charge it. He just said a Big NO and walked away. Looks like I’ll have to buy the watch from somewhere else.

I spoke to the imagine team over the phone and asked if they would buy back my phone which had a completely damaged screen and back, when I got to the store they were completely unprofessional and extremely rude saying they would never buy back such a phone. Very disappointed, the staff was horrible. I would suggest you to never enter this store

The store alias currents and now named as imagine is selling defected and altered phones.I bought two iPhone X one for me and other one for my family member. One piece has sound speaker problem and was not resolved by Apple service centre. So its defected out of the box and the failure of service.Another one had scratched screen and screen pop out of the box. When I submitted the device at service centre, the engineer told that IP67 rubber seal is missing which is the reason for screen pop and on device submission, they removed the screenguard and observed that the screen had a scratch on it.I am totally disappointed the way brand new and expensive iphones are sold to consumers which come as defected and altered out of the box.I would never buy am Apple device from India again.

One of the worst store I have visited. All the employees are gathered in one place and they don’t attend to the customers. This is not one instance, I have visited the store 4 times and every time, it is the same way. I was enquiring about an Apple Watch series 3 which was not in stock. I have given my mobile number to order for it but till now no call backs. I guess they are not interested in selling anything. Waste of time to visit this store.
