Totally unprofessional. They call us for classes post lockdown but when we reach at the British ielts institute at sector 34A, institute is closed and no one is responding to calls. The two helpline numbers that reflect everyone on the screen or hoarding are completely useless!They conveyed us that your batch is resumed and please be available for your classes.No proper communication, no reverts nothing. They were good earlier but now a days they only want fees and do not provide services against that figure.

When somebody complains to management about this, they start yelling and behave like you have done a crime approaching them. I decided to try eBritishIELTS after I saw them online, and the experience has been like a godsend. I managed to prepare within a month and get a score of 8.

The staff member are unexperienced and the material they are provide is old like 5 to 7 years old. The staff members did not give afforts to prepare students for ielts, just time pass. I think no one want to waste of money and time be alert about like these institutions. Staff is only 1 or 2 years experience.

The teacher of this centre are good but the main thing is that there way of teaching is not so impressive . At very 1 st day they do not tell you about even how to speak ( introduce ur self , about cue card ) they simply say that your turn came and gave your speaking . Moreover there study material is also very old ( in reading they just handover the and solve your self ) they not tell you about how to attempt the question.
