A quite service centre with best customer satisfaction. Also have Lift facility.

Good authentic place for servicing Jio phones. Amenities are good for the customers to sit and wait for repair. Some what busy place takes time for getting your phone back.

Pathetic service center. I went there to get mic repair but they told me whole thing board need to be changed and price for that is INR 5000 . Display was also broken. And INR 1200 for that. I bought new phone in (LYF LS-5005 )2016 and in INR 7000. They want me to pay 6200 for display replacement and motherboard replacement.

There is no rating for 0 star. So I have given 1 star. Lyf phones are sooooooo bad they have many problems like- Hanging, touch problem, heating like pan. When apps like Facebook is used it gets auto rebooted. Dont buy LYF phones for the sake of money..... I have bought it 2 months ago 1 week it impressed me but after 3 weeks it started giving problems........... So dont buy any lyf phone yr money will be wasted 💸💸💸So prefer any other brand like Mi, HTC or other📱📱📱📱

Overall it was an OK experience. There was rush. Many people were there waiting for there phone to be repaired. It looked like every Jio and Lyf phone were facing problem (I went there 3 times, still problem not solved, but I have solved it now by my way 🙌).

The management of customer care center is very poor.

Wala Phone only 7 or 8 month oldIf there is a slight stretch on your body of the phone and it has malfunctioned, your phone has stopped working and you take it to the service center, then your phone will neither fix it nor will it replace itThe company says that if you buy their phone and want to get the money back after 3 years, then you should pack that phone in your home box or cupboard for 3 years and after 3 years, it should be kept in that cupboard or Take out of the box and go to the service center or company and then your 1500 Rs. Take it back. This is still up to now, maybe after 3 years they will say something else.They did not replace my jio phone 1The phone is not working and only 8th months old they said that the phone screen has some scratch only.Stupid service by jio
