This very nice place. Today i visit this place actually i came here for my interview. I just love their office which is neat and clean. Environment is so peaceful. They treat me very in very decent manner.

It is a beautiful corner building, dealing in Properties. It is located in sector 17

Visited Manohar city two weeks ago and they show 250 sq yards plots in rera registered area but there Marketing team person Sushma keeps on telling prelauching plots that to without Rera to buy where no land is acquired.At the end of meeting they promised to send the brochure online since they dont have physical brochure of Rera regiatered plots.But since two weeks i didnot get any information from there side even on phone.Once they ask your interest plot in rera one,they say same thing we will call you back.This thing clearly show what kind of company is this.Beware of such fraud companies where they wanted you to only invest in no rera plots where land allotment is not done so that they will get your all hard earn money

Excellent work Place . Everyperson is very resposible and ready to help including Apex Managment , Icing on the cake is availaibity of Post Sales department for Customers to solve their issues ,

Fake promises and very unprofessional the site for there 2 bhk flat is somewhere else you will regret for your hard earned money .

One of the poorest delivery record in Real Estate in the region. They have taken more than 7 years and till date could not deliver PLOTS which just needs water, sewerage, roads and electrical. Only thing they talk about is Money.... when are you as a customer giving them more money and never about when are they going to deliver what they were supposed to deliver for that money.

They always do false promises.never says correct details regarding project and always cheat inosent home and plot buyers. I am also one of the victim of their flase promises regarding purchase of plot in their project.

Office space is very good for everyone feel independent

We bought a plot in Palm Springs but they started asking 10 Lakh devopment charges, 5 lakh PLC charges and now there are also asking for possession charges and govt. Taxes and levy Charges as well. Which We were not aware about it at all. Can anyone give advise?
