Very Bad Experience. I purchased Nikon camera recently and the cheated by providing me a camera having a scratch on front lens. Scratch is very thin, difficult to notice. Upon informing next day they forced to go to service center. Service center does not provide any solution. They do not pick phone on provided land line number. In times of mobiles and emails they only use a landline phone.Telling company does not provide solution for such case. Why would Nikon be responsible for a fraud you are doing by tricking a demo camera replaced with a new one during delivery?Very bad at attending returning customers. Do not even offer a glass of water, even when requested for.Do not trust them. They are fraud people. I noticed few more people coming with complaints just yesterday. But they do not attend complaints well at all. Very bad response to other people in front of me.

I called them to confirm about do you have backdrop? He said yes, I said tell me which colors you have? he said yha a k pasand kar lo. mene kha colors btaoge tabhi auga na jo mujhe chaiye vo hein bhi ya nai.....he just cut the ph and i called again he didnt attend . Pathetic customer service

As far as the service goes it is good.But a very unkempt place.Disorganized

Bought nikon d7200 from the shop, they just dont know how to talk to a customer, then i gave it for service to them, after service m getting shutter error, told them to clean the dust, which they did not and there are too many dust spot m getting in my images.

It is cheap prices shop as compared to other 📷 shops
