Hello everyone,I am sharing my worst experience with magnolia immigration and consultancy services sector 34 Chandigarh-:One of my friends friend recommended me for magnolia. On my first visit they all were showing me they are so nice , gentle, have great conscious towards their clients.Staff took my relevant information and started to call me everyday as come to their office for filing process. My crs was not high so I might receive ITA only under PNP . They promised me to file my application under Express entry as well as Provincial nominee program with Rs.40,000 as first installment. unfortunately I handed over my file to magnolia for further action. when I paid to them in their bank account on the same time I call to MS.Chetna(head) to proceed with my file and she said shes not feeling well today please give her 2-3 days for filing. I showed my gratitude and said it is okay. After two three days when I called her she text me and wrote that she is going out of the city for some urgent work please give her 2- 3 days more. It seemed me unusual but again I said its fine. However, After some days when I called her (it was my duty and right to ask about my file) she cut my phone everytime, even didnt reply me to my text I found it is not going ok so I wrote her that this conduct is not good. then she started to fight with me that we are no longer going to deal with your file we have created your Express entry profile and now we have no further relations you had paid us only for creating Express entry file. I got shocked with her completely changed attitude but cant do anything. I paid her high fees merely because they said we will deal under PNP as well otherwise their are number of consultants in Mohali who charge only Rs.25 to 30000 for the entire process and their behavior is really remarkable even they know they are not going to deal with my file. What I have observed about magnolia that she might impress you with her book knowledge but zero practical experience. Such type of consultants/ agents may run away one-day. So choose magnolia wisely.Thank you.
