*Had a great experience.*The staff was helpful.*Door opens from left.*I was gone for my Logitech mouse (M235), the center button was not working. The engineer checked my mouse carefully, after inspection it occurred to him that the mouse was irreparable. So he replaced the mouse.* The process was quick.
