Had a very bad experience with Neeraj Thakur, I had asked for a front Panel replacement for Dell Laptop. He took the advance payment via Google Pay the very same day and told me the panel need to ordered and will come by tomorrow. After following up with him for the next 8 days he never called himself and never bother to update the status of order. He was not even apologetic for the delay and had me waited for 9 days, which I could have fixed from somewhere else. Finally had to get a refund after so many calls.Will not recommend this to anyone. Highly disappointed.#Unprofessional #PoorService #Cheat
