I visited Aman computer many time. he is expert in laptop hardware.

Worst person i have ever met on the store they dont have sense to talk with customers . I have asked them to Integrate 240 SSD . they integrated 128GB SSD and expecting that i will pay without even looking for it . When I checked that He Said this is price for 128 GB . then i show them 128 GB price its 1800/- and he was asking 3500/-. and he was very Pathetic person . never visit to this store guys@Dell . take strict action against it

Staff is good. Theybpeovided bills for items. Owner was telling staff not to sell old processor even if customer ask for one. This was really nice on his behalf.

My experience was very bad in this store. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. The front desk guy is So pathetic, Ill mannered and rude. He is abusive and harassed us mentally by shouting and using inappropriate language. I have never experienced something like this before. He is not even guilty when confronted. He is very arrogant and has no sense to talk to his customers. I would like the customer care to take strict action towards this person because this not the first time he has done something like this. He is least intrested in showing his products and acts like he is giving us stuff for free. We do not expect something like this from such a reputed brands exclusive store.

They dont even have gaming pc or laptop salesman dont even price of Alienware tower and funny part he dont know Dell sell g5 gaming pc stupid store

I wish i had an option to give a negative star!Well, this is the most pathetic place ive ever visited. Unprofessional staff with rude behaviour. They dont even know how to deal with their customers. Dude why have you even opened a store?Would never ever visit the place again and would recommend each one of you to think thrice before stepping your feet here.

Good location, easily noticed, good staff, I required cable for my laptop, it was not available.

If I had the option, I would have given 0 star; absolutely manner-less and would hangup the phone on the slightest pretext. Just think about their behavior once you buy a product from them.

I was not happy with the way they treat their customers, it was not bad but I was not satisfied with their answers. They were completely unaware of the new technologies. They didnt had demo units to show.

Salesman cheated. My laptop had a problem in its screen. The moment I bought it I saw dead pixels, but since I am not an expert, I didnt realise it. The salesman saw but didnt speak anything. When I went home, my friend told me it was a defective piece, I went back to Dell shop, the same salesman told me, Why didnt you tell me on the spot?Well, as I said, I am not an expert in computers so I didnt know anything about dead pixels. He told me to contact the customer care service. All my calls and the emails remained untreated.Day 1: I called the customer care office and the guy at the other end told me that it was evening and they dont work at that time.Day 2: Another guy picked up the call and said they do work in the evening and the previous customer care guy lied to me. He further generated my request to which no solution has been taken in one year.My laptop is same with dead pixels.Dell!I trusted this brand and its services. But now, I never recommend it to anyone.

Front desk person is very rude and shouted at us when we asked them why the service was not provided properly. He said aap koi prime minister to nahi hain.. humare pass itna time nahi hain problem sunne ke liye (you are not the prime minister.. we dont have any time to listen to your problems.) He actually used abusive language. Pathetic experience.

Pathetic experience. Purchased a laptop, but they did not update the warranty of the product. I have repeatedly told them to renew it, but they are very much reluctant to do it. My laptop now having some problem and due to the warranty issue I have to pay to resolve my problem though it is just 4 months from purchasing. And the manager(?front desk person) used abusive language while I went to talk regarding this issue.
