Lunch timings 2 PM to 2:30.Hardly any rush after 11 AM.Staff is bit lazy and takes time to process transactions. So , despite lot of staff, things take time.This Centre is OK. The Chandigarh Administration should promote online deposit of bills , so that burden on these Centre is reduced. Smart City is only on paper, while other States give options to pay bills through Paytm , Amazon etc.

Staff is very arrogant. Administration should take strict action against them.

Very pathetic and cheap staff.staff is usually come here for Timepass. They have a very casual attitude towards the customers who visit.not actually worthwhile and supportive towards the people. .They just play 9 to 5 time pass clerical job which they actually not do in a proper manner and just spending most of the time sitting under the sun or stupid conversations .

There are two staffers here, one of whom is in charge here and one is a senor. I dont have my mobile in Aadhaar card Had to get linked. And I asked for information about this. First, you said that you will have to come after June 1. When I reached out to him on 2 June to get him a leave from PGI. His raveya and colloquialism were very strange. And do not answer anything properly. The work they have appointed and the government is giving them salary for this thing. It is their duty to complete it. If possible, after a short interval, it would be better to move them from this place for the betterment of the public.
