Staff is not helpful at all. I got my bus pass formed here it didnt worked in any of my assigned buses..... So when I came back to check what the prob is after waiting for 30 minutes in one line the lady transfer me to other counter saying sir will help you waited another 30 minutes and he said I cant do anything we did everything right go get it checked at Bus stand.......... At bus stand after finding the counter I get to know. THESE PEOPLE DID NOT PUT ANY BUS NO. DETAILS.... can you believe this..... So irresponsible..... Guys who want to make bus pass pls visit 43 bus stand they do everything nicely and with patience.

Two of the aunties are just stupid...No token system so you have to stand in lines....For adhar card updation 9am to 5pm.Pls deploy some youngsters....
