Good Staff but back-end very poor; they dont update the payments made and keep sending arrears of payment in next bills. On top of it if you didnt get your physical bill and you pay online there is no system to rectify the bill and you have to pursue the grievance with the non cooperative staff of the complaint centers or account departments (electricity & water Both) by visiting them every time. I had this issue 3 time (2 were in a row)

Seriously they are too slow. Single window for adhaar update and even worse that they take 15 + minutes to handle every single individual for adhaar service.

Esampark payment portal is not working from last 8-10 days I have sent email on the official email id. No action taken. Still its not working.Public is unable to pay water/electricity bills
