Very pathetic service.. Worst dealing ever. Salesperson dont know how to deal with females. Not recommended

Very very poor after sale service and everyone seems to be owner of this store🤣🤣. One of my friend rented a Lengha for November21 but unfortunately her marriage cancelled and now her family suffering a financial problem as everything was done through a bank loan. She requested a lot for a refund but staff (all owner especially Mrs.Manju) denied and told her take a credit note. As her family suffering a financial loss due to cancellation of marriage, so she requested again to get out of it by refunding money. Her entire family is in depression and dont know about future, so what is a fun of taking credit note.My question to management.1.) Are you guys a stone hearted person who not understanding a pain of a father.2.) If order is for stitching then agree refund is not possible but it a rented piece which you are giving to multiple people through a manual transaction.3.) Your managerial response is very poor as you guys dont have care system.Note:- If real owner is reading this then its my humble request to resolve this issue.

This place looks shaded. The salesman does not have any ethics, even in the presence of female staff, they call the male staff to try the dresses and the male staff does not know how to behave and touch unnecessarily. Very bad experience, would recommend you to not go here especially for any dresses like lehenga.

It is an amazing showroom which has all women accessories under one roof. I specially loved the bangles and bridal dresses here. I strongly recommend this place.

Not too good. If you are looking for some designer collection then you can go to landmark designer studio or meena bazaar. These two stores has very good designer collection as compared to bittu studio.

In wedding season, dressing trends and selecting stuff requires a skilled sales man who show things aligned to ones thought process.Karan, helped us finding what we wanted. Where I guess lady owner thought we were just wondering in her shop.. thankfully it didnt top me off and I ended up with a billing of 20k. I might go there again to finalize my shopping and of my wife. Well, I believe most of the shops have stuff but not a fine sales man. Thanks Karan, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

The staff member attended us was impolite and was not behaving properly. They were themselves confused about the delivery date. One person said my product will be ready within two days and other person told it will take 10 days. They are themselves confused and made me wait for almost an hour.

I bought Chooda, kaleere, wedding jewellery from this store for my wedding.Kaleere and necklace looked fine and graceful on wearing them but Chooda is not properly finished.Its super expensive but the wiring done in pearl bangle is not properly moulded. It pinches and gets stuck in clothes, thread comes off. It also scratches the skin.On top of that, 1 bangle was broken when i unpacked the chooda set on my wedding day.It is not expected from such a reputed brand.

There is only one name in Chandigarh if you are thinking of buying complete bridal stuff and this is Bittu.Bridal jewellery, suits, lehngas, gowns, bangles, bags make up kits etc. You will find everything here. I had visited this place several times. Sector 26 bittu fashioners is a really a hub for bridal stuff.If you are groom, you will find excellent variety in sherwanis, pagadi, and all accessories.Rates are also reasonable compare to other stores of its kind in Chandigarh like Yakshi, Dulhe Sahab.Behavior wise I ll say this place is excellent. As had went to many places to buy groom stuff, but the behavior of guy in Dulhe Sahab was pathetic. Respect and polite behavior with a high level of professionalism is what people want even if you have great variety. So full marks to Bittu on this. For Yakshi, owner is nice 😊. Full respect to him.Advice to consumers: try all mentioned places, analyse your self. Your views could be different. Your money, go with your priorities 😊.

I bought chooda for my wedding from here. Paid 9k for it. The same chooda with all customisations was available at half rate at other store. I felt cheated for same. Plus the chooda was made on order but the size taken was too tight which caused scrstches in hands. Now I have to wear it inspite of it being so tight. Highly overpriced and not satisfactory. Would not recommend it to anyone.
