Visited the hotel to drop a friend of mine, who is a part of the team staying at lemon tree, for a music video shoot. The hotel is quite spacious, even though its just one tall building, the outside is a bit small as compared to other 3/4 stars, yet still pleasing.A good business hotel situated close to the Railway Station and not very far from the airport. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very courteous and the added advantage is that the Wifi connection is free and very reliable.

Like everybody else I also have up on aroma restaurant. The staff doesn’t want to do their job and is extremely rude to customers. There is no concept of waiting in the restaurant and when complained they said they are running low on staff. They have combined table where not needed and hide rest in the back. We can see at least 10 staff people in the restaurant and mostly not doing anything.

For me AROMA was always more than a 5 star hotel but my first visit disappointed me. Rooms were not at all good. Mattress was disappointing. Washroom was like never repaired. I saw stickers of previous guests vest in my washroom.Breakfast ambience was good. Taste was good. But seriously management needs to work a lot on their infrastructure.

All over good but washroom was so dirty and there is no water supply in washroom, i would request yo all of you please keep clean washroom this is not good for our health

Food quality is good , but rooms are not properly maintained

The rooms were not clean, being a property at a city centre needs attention which it lacks. I wont recommend anyone this property unless they improve their hospitality along with room cleanliness. There are other great hotels in same budget!

Services were ok okay. Not anymore in the top list if I talk about the Aroma Hotel itself. Washrooms no soap or tissues were present. Though staff was polite.

Established in 1953 the hotel’s rooms don’t let u forget it . Last painted in 1953 too I think . The pitiful condition of room service was writlarge in the fact that they just don’t pick up a phone after 12. I had to drink water from my bathroom tap as there wasn’t any water and I forgot to call room service earlier . It was nice getting reminded that you are just another lowly human being at the cost of Rs3000 a night. THE OST STRESSFUL AND THE WORST STAY IN MY LIFE APART FROM THE TIME I SLEPT ON THE STREET .

The food was good, no doubt about it. But the services were not good. Quite delay in serving of basic things like water, in short, not a well managed one. No backup of electricity, my family had to suffer at night leading to sleep disturbance in such a hot weather as no fan, AC was working because of which worsening of their health happened. Not a recommended one!

Bday parties, friends get togethers, or professional meetings, Aroma is the best choice. You get an entire food court with good brands, with waiters serving (Yes! No self service). Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, Aroma it is!Try anything and everything from Indian, chinese, tandoori, mughlai, American or italian food. Nik bakers ofcourse adds charm to the list.They also have their own buffet, and the ambience is mesmerizing.A must visit place indeed!

We trip to chandigarh with family and stay of a well brand hotel The AROMAWe booked 2 room on 5 aug 2021. They serve complimentary bottle of 500ml but on the order the same brand water cost nearly 300% .2.There is no cleaness in the room and provide hot water through bucket .3. Room Service is very poor and cordination in the staff is also weak.

The room I got has an average old furniture. I did not like its furniture. Overall staff is good. The problem I have is they could have provided us another room because they had more rooms empty also the mattress of bed was parted was not comfortable. If I talk about food.. I liked the food and their service.

This place has lost its charm. The only thing good about it is the location. Other than that the rooms are not clean, they are dingy and unhygienic. No smoking room smells of smoke. If youre planning to book here try other options in this price.

Not worth the price...Shabby furniture, old interiors which are not maintained, very common breakfast spread, staff - nothing special to mention (I am not saying they are rude...but, did not stand out)...will never visit them nor recommend people to waste their money.

It was good and awesome

Age old rooms. Plaster blistered on roof and walls. No heating. Lot of light and noise if one takes royal room. No blinds on windows. Light peeping in from connecting room. Bathroom amenities are the least one could have. Very poor service levels. Breakfast starts at 0800 which is quite late if you have to leave early. Everyone will keep asking your room number. Even at 0830, most of the items are not on buffet. Chef cannot cook even single fry eggs. Menu is very limited.Highly uncomfortable stay.Book only if one does not have any other option.

One of the Best and oldest hotel in Chandigarh. Their Food Court is also Good.I like the way they used to maintain Hygiene and Quality.

Worst place to have dinner. Service was very poor. In the menu it was written 4 starters but they kept on serving 1 starter. Maincourse food was completely cold and taste was also not good. Its completely waste of money. Even for water we had to ask them to serve and then they would take 15-20 minutes to get that.

Did not like the place much. I ordered a hotdog and it was quite dry and maybe stale too. But tea was GREAT.

As a frequent visitor to Chandigarh we thought to make this hotel as our permanent stay in as the location is good but the conditions of hotel and behavior of staff was really weird. Door Handels not working properly... no water from bath taps. Staff asks for money in advance whenever they see you (Paise de di jiye, pehle paise de di jiye) u feel like ur in Chor Bazaar & by chance we took their room key. They called us and said that we want our key anyhow. As we live far from Chandigarh this was not possible.. we told them but they kept on pushing like a kid. This is the aukaat of this hotel. We paid them thousands of rupees for a broke room for 2 day stay & they r crying for a room key. Such a shame!

Aroma Food Court, Chandigarh was a awesome find. Enter to a food court. Every counter guys will provide you menu. Order it, will come to your place . Enjoy the meal and pay at your seat. Just easy and so many options like subway, Ambala chaat, CCD, sundaram, yochina, crush and biryani. Everything in one place and food was also yummm. Must visit place.
